I can't say whether or not it's a cruel sport...as someone else said, there is a measure of injury in all sports...however...it is the one of the two sports i will not sit down to watch...I have no problem with others doing it...its just not for me...
Is it just my run of luck lately...or are there any other women out there who are meeting men and wondering...
Did they even want to know that I enjoy looking after my home (ie i'm domesticated!!), that i still use starch to iron a shirt, that i cook and clean and like to do laundry...
Did they even want to know that I am well versed and can carry on an intelligent conversation, I can do needlepoint and sew..
That i can run my house like clockwork and still hold a job outside the home...
Or did they just want to know how well i can perform in the bedroom??
For all the men that seem to want a "down to earth" woman...it just seems that the "down to earth" part came way down on the list of things that were really important...
Not quite sure of the title or author...but i do remember the song...
Could a been the whiskey..might a been the gin..might a been the two four six pack i don't know..but look at the mess i'm in....my head feels like a football...think i'm gonna die...
I agree with Duncan....if they have an issue with him, it is up to them to take it up with him...if they have proof he's done something illegal, then you may want to discuss what you may know...but until then...as D said...it's lunacy!!
Then keep that to the front...that it may just be a rebound...but in the meantime enjoy the fact that you are now "friends" with someone you have alot in common with...
Life may not be the party we imagined...but since you're here..you might as well enjoy the dance...
However, as long as you put everything into perspective while getting to know him...anyone here can tell you it is an emotional rollercoaster...no matter how badly both parties want out...memories resurface...children's sad faces appear...the second guessing...the doubting...the whole nine yards...
As long as you are prepared for this..then i say do it...divorced men are no more likely to hurt you than single men are..
