Funny story about a greedy police officer...

Police Share Mugshot of Canine Officer Accused of 'Stealing'

Embedded image from another site

It looks like Officer Ice is in some deep doo-doo. Officer Ice has reportedly landed himself in the doghouse with the Wyandotte Police Department. The police department in Wyandotte, Michigan, recently broke the news that a canine officer by the name of Officer Ice is under investigation for committing a major crime: stealing table food.

"Stealing is not only a crime but it is morally wrong too," the department wrote in a Facebook post. "Some jobs, like that of being a police officer, require you to take an oath prior to starting. Within the officer's sworn oath is the promise to protect person's property." "That being said, it saddens me to report that a current officer of the Wyandotte Police Department is under investigation for stealing!" the post continued, alongside a photo of the German Shepherd in question posing for his mugshot.

The scene of the crime was revealed as the break room at the police station, where an Officer Barwig was eating his lunch when he was called to assist with another situation. "He quickly jumped into service, leaving half his eaten lunch on the table," according to the Facebook post. "A short while later Barwig and another officer returned to the break room only to find Ofc. Ice leisurely strolling out of the room licking his chops. Barwig's entire lunch was gone...disappeared, vanished!"

After being caught red-handed, Officer Ice has apparently "invoked his fifth amendment right to remain silent and quite frankly is not cooperating with the investigation." "He has a history of rummaging through trash cans that are within his reach," the police department noted, adding, "There have been several other accusations of him taking food right from coworker's hands as they walk by."

"WPD will consider our Facebook followers opinions on how to proceed with this investigation," the post concluded. Looks like Officer Ice screwed the pooch on that one!laugh

Humans eat what?!

I think too much. Also wonder why creatures have to eat others to live. What is this weird idea of a digestive track anyway...holes on each end!:confused One would think nature could have come up with a better idea. Anyway...think of what humans eat. The old saw of who thought, I will eat the next thing that comes out of a chickens butt. We consume foods that are literally sweat, ova, spit. Huh? For sure. We love honey. What is it. An insect sucks up nectar, changes it in some part of its body...gut?... spits it out and we then eat it. Humans are the only animal that sucks on the udder of a different species. What is milk? Modified sweat glands. Mind if I like your sweat? I need salt?doh scold
Eggs are ovum that come out of a hens body. Part of her cells. Her future young. Down the hatch they go.
Of course we eat seeds too... but.... Also fish roe.
And who the heck EVER decided they were going to climb up, steal that bird nest and boil it for soup cause the bird stuck it together with SPIT!barf How did they even come up with the idea?
I know we are stuck with our system. So the best is not to think too hard on it. Thank the steer for its sacrifice and enjoy. Remember..only fruit is given freely by plants to pay you to take their seeds elsewhere. Otherwise..you just murdered a living creature. Give me those Brussels spouts...let me eat your babies.devil

Dear CS management...

A short while ago, a thought crossed my mind about this dating thing. If it hasn’t been done before, why doesn’t CS host an Online Speed-dating event to spice things up? I’d appreciate any ‘spice’ that it could offerwink. I’ve never experienced this approach to dating, but I’ve seen it done quite a view times on television shows, and it’s anything but boring.

At first, I thought that Online speed-dating probably wasn’t a thing yet, but to my surprise, Google proved me wrong! In fact, one site stated, matter-or-factly, that the speed-dating phenomena was making a comeback. So, one worldwide event or several zonal events, could be very exciting.

Then there were other questions that I didn’t think Google could help me answer – What’s the success rate really like? Would people in my age range be interested in the Online version? Most importantly, would CS owners/managers be ‘game’ for something like this since their site is free (and yields them zero $)? You've been in existence for quite a long time, so perhaps you've thought about it?

I've been a good girl this year (mostlyrolling on the floor laughing), so how about giving me this gift for Christmas.grin

Merry Christmas!christmas happy wave wine

Evidence that Scripture is Divine

First, I believe the Bible is the Word of God because of its scientific accuracy. The Truth of the Word of God tells us that God “hangeth the earth upon nothing” (Job 26:7). How did Job know that the earth hung in space before the age of modern astronomy and space travel? The Holy Spirit told him. The scientists of Isaiah’s day didn’t know the topography of the earth, but Isaiah said, “It is that sitteth upon the circle of the earth” (Isaiah 40:22). The word for “circle” here means a globe or sphere. How did Isaiah know that God says upon the circle of the earth? By divine inspiration.

Secondly, the Bible is affirmed through historical accuracy. Do you remember the story about the handwriting on the wall that is found in the fifth chapter of Daniel? Belshazzar hosted a feast with a thousand of his lords and ladies. Suddenly, a gruesome hand appeared out of nowhere and began to write on a wall. The king was disturbed and asked for someone to interpret the writing. Daniel was found and gave the interpretation. After the interpretation, “Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.” (Daniel 5:29). Basing their opinion on Babylonian records, the historians claim this never happened. According to the records, the last king of Babylon was not Belshazzar, but a man named Nabonidas. And so, they said, the Bible is in error. There wasn’t a record of a king named Belshazzar. Well, the spades of archeologists continued to do their work. In 1853, an inscription was found on a cornerstone of a temple built by Nabonidas, to the god Ur, which read: “May I, Nabonidas, king of Babylon, not sin against thee. And may reverence for thee dwell in the heart of Belshazzar, my first-born favorite son.” From other inscriptions, it was learned that Belshazzar and Nabonidas were co-regents. Nabonidas traveled while Belshazzar stayed home to run the kingdom. Now that we know that Belshazzar and Nabonidas were co-regents, it makes sense that Belshazzar would say that Daniel would be the third ruler. What a marvelous nugget of truth tucked away in the Word of God!
Third, from Genesis to Revelation, the Bible reads as one book. And there is incredible unity to the Bible. The Bible is one book, and yet it is made up of 66 books, was written by at least 40 different authors over a period of about 1600 years, in 13 different countries and on three different continents. It was written in at least three different languages by people in all professions. The Bible forms one beautiful temple of truth that does not contradict itself theologically, morally, ethically, doctrinally, scientifically, historically, or in any other way.

Fourth, did you know the Bible is the only book in the world that has accurate prophecy? When you read the prophecies of the Bible, you simply have to stand back in awe. There are over 300 precise prophecies that deal with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Old Testament that are fulfilled in the New Testament. To say that these are fulfilled by chance is an astronomical impossibility.

Finally, the Bible is not a book of the month, but the Book of the ages. First Peter 1:25 says: “But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the Word which by the gospel is preached unto you.” No book has ever had as much opposition as the Bible. Men have laughed at it, scorned it, burned it, ridiculed it, and made laws against it. But the Word of God has survived. And it is applicable today as much as it was yesterday and will be tomorrow.

Survivor winner donates all.....Awesome!

Survivor 43 winner Mike Gabler made history on Wednesday night after he revealed he'd be donating his entire $1 million prize to veterans.

The heart valve specialist, 52, had been telling viewers of the CBS competition series his plan before nabbing the win, but followed through with his promise after being named Sole Survivor.

"There are people who need that money more," Gabler told host Jeff Probst during the Survivor after show, filmed moments after his win. "And I'm going to donate the entire prize — the entire million dollar prize, in my father's name, Robert Gabler, who was a Green Beret — to veterans in need who are recovering from psychiatric problems, PTSD, and curb the suicide epidemic."

"We're going to save lives and do something good," the Kingwood, Tex. native continued amid cheers from jurors and castmates. "Season 43, all of us did this. A million dollars is going to them. We made history guys," he added in the tender moment.

The Reason

The reason Democrats keep blogging about Donald Trump is they have nothing good to say about their own party and are trying to keep the hate alive until the 2024 election. This is what losers do.

Concerning alleged voter fraud

Any voter fraud that may have taken place, is just as likely to have been committed by Trump supporters as those of Biden. After all, Trump has a lot of crazed fanatics in his camp, who would not think twice about doing whatever it takes to get him elected.

And in all this kerfuffle about voter fraud, everyone seems to have forgotten about the -arguably- greater crime of impersonating a president. professor
