No "everyone" does not have drama in their lives. I fastidiously avoid it, and those types of people. I have no plan to justify my answer. It's simply how I am. No drama.

You do realise that women feed on drama, envy, jealousy, petty power, and also bleed for 5 days a month?
Men who date attractive woman should acquire a taste for drama and the relationship as a roller coaster. Hot girls can do better than beta tranquility.

I thrive on it. The adrenalin rush from doing something daring & exiting is what keeps you young. The day that stops , is the day I can officially count myself as old & boring

And the will-to-drama is all the fiercer where life is fancy and safe. In the past life was filled with greater dangers, but it was also austere and boring, and they appetite to create drama was less. But the generations of welfarism and easy money were those who fell in love with the soap opera and became fanatical about pop idols and their rollercoaster lifestyles.
Now that most people live the boring, safe and unemotive life of the bourgeoisie they go to extreme lengths to seek out or invent drama. Grandma and Grandad at my age were both well aware that they could both die tomorrow, and I'm sure that was enough drama for them hence why they married and stay married for 50 years without it ever getting dull.
If people could tolerate boredom and didn't have a weak spot for drama they wouldn't be on these forums. Most are not here for deep and meaningless talk, none here are making real friends or romances, and so the only reason for being here is the vague hope that something might kick off.
If people didn't have a weakness for drama they wouldn't need round the clock entertainment because they'd be happy to be bored.
Drama and excitement are two different things... May be the OP had in mind a daily dose of adrenalin rush or other kind of excitement... Lack of drama doesn't mean boring...

Nope! No time for drama or the people who cause it. I like a quiet, peaceful life. Ups and downs are par for the course but the needless cr@p some people like to cause I can happily live without :)

It depends upon the drama.
If it's worrying about making the rent, rushing to A&E with a loved one, or finding a spider so big in my room I can't find a glass big enough to catch it, then no.
If it's passing a test I've worked hard for, seeing an enormous wave crash on the rocks, or having my granddaughter explain how to make cherry pie to me (it was dramatic), then yes.
Childbirth is kinda the best and the worst all at the same time. I've mixed feelings about that one.

I totally agree. I try to avoid "drama ho's" at all times. When I can't avoid them, I get away ASAP.
It is really very difficult for me when circumstances require me to spend long periods of time with someone who is a total ho to drama.

There's enough drama in everyday life to deal with so I wouldn't want to add any more to it. My goal is to live a life with as little stress and bs as possible.

I completely get where you're coming from because it's the same for me. Between that and negative-always-down-on-their-luck/complaining kind of people just drain me. I'll help/listen to anyone but have had to take a big step back from certain people in the last couple of years.

Agree. Just wondering, do some people have so little going on in their lives that they need drama to fill it up or feel important?
I'm glad when I come home and have peace and quiet.
