Rapture

Embedded image from another site

Let us embrace
the dark
with love and rapture.

With a passion
that overthrows life
a riot in our hearts.

Light a candle
we feel
the vibration
coming from the flame.

It burns it's way
into our psyche
clear as a crystal
we possess an eagles eye.

I lay bare before you
feeling content
loving you
in your nakedness...

My comfort

Embedded image from another site

She is a strong woman
works out each day
she kneels to pray
let's God lead the way...

Looks forward to challenges
the new day will bring
is courage in the midst of fear
triumphs through faith when she is near...

Gives her best to everyone
no one gets the best of her
on a cloudy day is bright as the sun
never shadowed by clouds...

She whispers to me
God and love will see us through
and at the Creator's time
we will receive our due...

This poem is a "shout out"
to my lover and best friend
soothing me in times of trouble
tonight my heart she did mend!

Suddenly This Summer

Embedded image from another site

I venture forth
where cradled canyons sing
of an ebony beauty
in the fertile forest
by a gurgling spring
as song birds conduct
their chorus.

Love's immortal youth
nymphs and gnomes abound
glowing of erotic discovery
forever in her
I was lost and now I'm found.

Fog of nights fountains
star and moon ignite
her silhouette of mountains
lover in passion and fight.

In her arms I belong
peace in her song
love comes from her in shivers
flowing to me in gentle rivers...

A Good Woman

Embedded image from another site

I'm in love with a good woman
a black woman, interracial love
go ahead label it
pour it all over people
over any man or woman
who has ever loved or cried
worked hard, played hard or died
for any of us
it is love...

She's a strong woman, yet gentle
smart and still learning
she works hard and when she gets home
likes to give her man good loving
she likes to eat out and have nice things
she wants happiness and not tears
she desires a good man
cos she's a damned good woman...

She can be a sassy woman
quite capable of articulating her needs
doesn't expect you to read her mind
recognizes her love has great value
and it must be reciprocated
she makes all her man's fantasies come true
she loves herself and needs her man's love too!

Back Door Daddy

Embedded image from another site

I know you've been cheated on
been fed a spoonful of lies
you need a back door daddy
a lover under the night skies
a man with a sharp axe to grind
come closer baby
see what you'll find...

Leave a key under back door mat
I'll be your back door man
coming to you like a stray cat
loving you any way I can..

Leave out some chicken with pork and beans
put on your lingerie prepare for a thrill
you and I will act out the obscene
sympathetically making you come at will...

I'll do things your man can't do
discreetly between us it's understood
coming through your back door the big bad wolf
get ready my little red riding hood...

In black and white

Embedded image from another site

How does a white man
make love to a black woman?
Tenderly and romantically
make love to her mind
kiss her body all over
whisper to her so she will know
there is no place on her body
your tongue will not go
love her nice and slow...

Her charms are my weakness
she always has my ear
with the sweet sound of her moans
that I see and hear
the storm of her loving embrace
my mouth upon her mouth
always savoring the taste...

Act out the fantasies in her head
be her reality in moonlight
when it's time to go to bed
best way to love a black woman from start
tell her she's the most precious thing on this earth
but most importantly give her your heart...

Kisses

Embedded image from another site

Taste me
get your lips
to me lover.

We lay
side by side
soft lips
upon soft lips.

I savor
each deep wet kiss
eye to eye
hearing you sigh
such thunderous bliss.

We quiver
we shudder
flesh upon flesh.

The warm chocolate
of your kisses
luxuriate content
rapturous engulfment.

Your deep wet kisses
intoxicating bliss!

I Love

Embedded image from another site

I love
many things
a lot of things

It's the kisses
walks on the beach
her personality

I love
time spent with her
the smell of her hair

I love
lots of things
the way she

does for me
do so love
I love

the way
she loves me....

I been played (blues)

Embedded image from another site

I think she played me
on the playground
juggled like a ball
makes me wonder
why is the world so cold?

Some nights I lay in bed
and ask the Lord
why do we suffer in heart?
time moves so slow
when you try and forget someone.

Forget about someone
who was supposed to be
separated from her husband
turned out to be no good.

Then I woke up and realized
love is not a fairy tale
just get tired of these wounds
would like to close the doors.

All started out as such a good time
a smile that turned to be a broken heart
the chemistry that pulled us together
begin to pull us apart.

Sometimes the illusions we see
are only make believe
we just want to be held
and say sweet things
with candy in our mouth.

So, I've been played
right on the playground
kicked like a volley ball
taken as a joke...

The Huntress

Embedded image from another site

She makes love
like a hungry lioness
I adore her shadow
the way it arches
performing upon the wall.

Her black hair flows
age and experience
makes her hunt for a lover
jungle fever in my bed.

She desires a skilled man
stalking through the tall grass
growling along the way
I wait for her scent.

I would hunt and kill for her
bringing her a fatted calf
stuffed with wild fowl
to celebrate her return...

Weekend Guest

Embedded image from another site

There is a place in my heart
like an old empty room
The weekend a memory
of my lover and new friend.

Purely random thoughts
float like butterfly wings
through narrow beams of light
that some unseen hand had lit.

We made love on well worn furniture
draped in white linen
shadows vague and unseen
until morning sun.

Open the curtains my love
let in the light
banish thoughts from darkness
with fresh scent of day.

My weekend guest
of sweet caress
prepare to be blessed
with ardent tenderness....

Bad Day

Embedded image from another site

I had a bad day
maybe it's not
about having a beautiful day
but finding a beautiful moment.

Maybe a whole day
is too much to ask
in all things, no matter
how dark or ugly.

We can find
shades of beauty
if we look for them
like the sound of her voice.

When I have a crazy day
she makes me smile
when the day kicks my butt
she forces me to laugh.

Love is a good thing
on a bad day
when you have your baby
to chase the demons away..
