The Bond

Embedded image from another site

Up again

descending into

darkened hallway
(night light, moon)

The same darkness
shadow memories

Down into the call
I do what is needed
with my son
give him the patience
that creates the bond...

I'm a sleep seeker
searching for my night boat
where is the wind for my sails?

Navigating my way
though this nebulous night...

No compass
no stars to guide me...

Midnight hour
passes slowly...

Minutes tick by
minute after minute...

30 x nights x 7

x 6 (insomnia)

x 5

back to 7 (sobbing)

1 not very often (malaise)

= comforting words

= a needed hug

again...

Aura

Embedded image from another site

New love is coming
anticipation
live in the moment
live by the breath...

The usual aura
golden yellow
healthy and strong
spikes of purple here and there...

Soon my hands
will be around her hips
my skin burning where she touches
places untouched and longing...

She is almost here
I smolder
the purple increases
I burn with tension!

Betty Sue

Embedded image from another site

Gonna tell you a story
all so true
about a scheming girl
named Betty Sue...

Kind of girl
make a fool of you
make a young man grow old
and an old man pay too...

Betty Sue stole my golden chain
took the keys to my Chevy car
took her kitty
and drove so far...

Hired a P.I. to search her trail
contacted the post office
to track her mail
then heard she was placed in jail
kissed the judge
and placed on bail..

Betty Sue moved to city Yazoo
just to make a fool of me and you
heard she married a rich cat with two kids
ripped him off and he flipped his lid!

Heritage wind

Embedded image from another site

Blow Choctaw wind
I hear the voice above
the voice of thunder
from behind the black clouds...

I hear the voice from below
the stampede of the buffalo
the tune of the crickets
from among the green plants...

So be it
mother gaia
where life begins
the cedar, oak, pine and the willow..

I am from the south
the land down below
where the turtle is silent
my grandfather's strung their bow...

I call for freedom
to the end of the land
the Seminole, Comanche, all bands
I call for the Four Sacred Winds...

Meet me at the rainbow stairs
follow the trail of song and sand
from where my father's came
out of the sky-land...

The Jordan River

Embedded image from another site

Eastern world constantly exploding
a holy war
AK's a loading
the Jordan River
red with the enemies of God...

Hard to tell what is the truth
nod of no life
land of no feel
Muslims, Christians and the Jew
If you don't support the Jihad
like the Mafia they will kill you...

River of often cruelty and pain
running with crimson blood
river that flows in vain
where the flowers are red
the sky is blue
that is what my God tells me
cause I am blind....

A lovely weekend

Embedded image from another site

Monday has come and gone
Friday evening about to begin,
looking forward to seeing her
and another lovely weekend...

Weather changing to my delight
her smile I can't forget
stepping outside to ponder,
while rain falls in little droplets...

winter is coming I do not care
remembering last Saturday night
cuddling and kissing dare
everything went wrong, everything went right...

I spent too much money
bought her lots of stuff
in this land of milk and honey
sometimes I don't make enough...

Just to spend on her
I smile, I love it
I'm light with laughter...

Just another lovely weekend
I wait for her to text,
in great anticipation
I wait for the next!

I try and make
my comments
like a woman's skirt
long enough

to be interesting
short enough to be respectful...

No body talks
if a chicken can't fly
or when the honey bee flies
no one comments...

Cool posts
and comments
make cool friends!

If it's negative
don't forget
to leave it in my suggestion box
shaped like a toilet!

Pangaea

Embedded image from another site

My body aches
for your fingertips
that caress the continent
of our body together...

Our love is Pangaea
never to drift apart
or embark on separate journeys
embracing our surreal togetherness...

At times I do not fathom
why you a goddess of nature
would desire me a tiny island
when you could have the entire ocean...

The waters that hold us together
as two souls in one body
will forever sustain us
rather than two that fragment-

That would become
severed by time...

Space Cowboy

Embedded image from another site

I'm a space cowboy
riding imaginary horses
with black light saddles
herding cows in my closet
my six shooter is my finger
making bullet sounds with my lips...

My ten gallon hat
filled with false optimism
borrowed from a circus clown
in a barnyard outhouse...

My posse are ghost riders
in the milky way
we lasso Taurus the bull
and have shoot outs
with villains
shaped as shadows
on the star dust trail....

Falling

Embedded image from another site

Falling

through time
and space

stars
and sky

everything
in between

I fell

for days
weeks

lifetime
after lifetime

until I realized
I was falling

in love

with you...

Spider Lady

Embedded image from another site

She is like the spider
weaving delicate lace
drawing me to her
magnets of air and light
flowing like time
from your web...

I run to her
pools of silver shimmer
jumping from leaf to leaf
the path trodden
across soft ground
between the lines
"I'm in love with her"
I say...

Bounding black hair
as the little stream fades
leading me to your parlor
into the east forever
held in the suns balance
I write these words of amor
"I love You!"

Tumultuous

Embedded image from another site

I toss and turn
in tumultuous waves
craving your darkest fantasies
will soon explode around me.

You are beautiful
much like demolition
painted nails that leave
unfettered wounds.

I call for you
in my slaughtered nights
searching the room
for your touch.

We have become
spontaneous perfection
I face annihilation
waiting for you.

Atomized and negated
I need you
it's You I see
all that I see.

We are
the Hiroshima
of love...
