The judge who oversaw Candelario’s case, Brendan Sheehan, said traveling out of state while leaving a toddler home alone without food was “the ultimate betrayal” that deserved one of the harshest legal punishments available.

judge convicted Kristel Candelario of a life sentence without parole. As he passed down the sentence, he spoke the following words: “Just as you didn’t let Jailyn out of her confinement, so too you should spend the rest of your life in a cell without freedom. The only difference will be, the prison will at least feed you and give you liquid that you denied her.”

live alone, but what I am so grateful for is having a personal relationship with

my
Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Life has no meaning without Him.
I would be lost without knowing Him through His Word, the Bible. What a tremendous comfort in knowing that I am NEVER alone in this life because He is always there with me, no matter what difficulties I face
God is walking with us daily when we fall he helps us up, When we.. get...
hurt he will comfort us, Help each other give when possible

Marilyn Monroe....

Marilyn Monroe’s Former Home Temporarily Saved from Demolition After Permits Were Issued Last Week.

The Hollywood icon only ever independently owned one home, where she lived and died at the age of 36 in 1962.

On Friday, Sept. 8, the L.A. City Council voted to save late actress Marilyn Monroe’s Brentwood home from demolition—for now.

Monroe purchased the 2,624-square-foot hacienda for $77,500, shortly after parting ways with her ex-husband, playwright Arthur Miller, in February 1962.

That property, which is still standing in Los Angeles’ star-studded neighborhood of Brentwood, was facing the possibility of destruction after the Department of Building and Safety issued a demolition permit to its current owner, Glory of the Snow Trust on Tuesday, Sept. 5.

Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway

The film is based on Sagarika's autobiography, “The Journey of a Mother” which was published in 2022. Sagarika moved to Norway with her husband Anurup Bhattacharya in 2007 as the latter got a job there as a geophysicist.

Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway follows the story of an Indian immigrant couple whose world came crashing down in 2011 when their two children were removed from their care by the Norwegian foster system due to differences in culture.

The story begins with "Mrs Chatterjee" moving to Norway with her husband after marriage and settling down there.

The film is based on the struggles of a real-life mother, Sagarika Chakraborty, whose life took a dramatic turn in 2011 when Norway's child protection services (CPS), known as Barnevernet, took custody of her three-year old son and infant daughter accusing the couple of “improper parenting”.

Chatterjee Vs. Norway were abusing their children, and after they were taken and placed in foster care, Chakraborty's fight to regain custody became a diplomatic row and international incident because her children were Indian citizens.

The ending of the film more or less reflects real events. Just as Sagarika Chakraborty regained custody of her children in January 2013, the fictional Debkia Chatterjee is deemed to be emotionally able to be a mother and is reunited with her children at the end of the film.

After watching the screening of the movie "Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway"
i am shocked...

yes.... Mental states can be fully conscious or unconscious. We can have emotional reactions to situations without being aware of why we are reacting. Each mental state has a physiology associated with it—a positive or negative effect felt in the physical body. For example, the mental state of anxiety causes you to produce stress hormones.

as i had already common
cold and fever

my mind was..... NOT.....

the stay over there
you see?

the body affects the mind, which in turn impacts the body (and the mind.)

On the other hand, what we do with our physical body (what we eat, how much we exercise, even our posture) can impact our mental state (again positively or negatively). This results in a complex interrelationship between our minds and bodies.

Mere Jeevan Saathi.....

Prakash (Rajesh Khanna) is a son of a rich father (K. N. Singh) who wants to become an artist. His father challenges him to earn a one-time meal from his profession. He accepts the challenge and leaves his father's house. He tries to sell his artistic paintings but fails.

Princess Kamini (Helen) a playgirl introduces him to the glamour world and he changes his painting style to modern demands. At heart, he remains an altruistic person. Jyoti (Tanuja) an eye doctor arrives in Bombay from London. Prakash though a gifted painter now a playboy falls in love with her. They become lovers.

His past.... (a close friendship... but... no relationship with kamini)
creates problems for him. Kamini turns up at Prakash's house drunk and whilst she was flirting with him, Jyoti arrives and finds them together, she storms off. Prakash insults Kamini and asks her to leave. Dejected Jyoti spurns his attempts to reconcile initially, but when he feigns a suicide attempt by supposedly taking poison and being told the reality of Kamini she reconciles. He proposes to marry her.
Jyoti's father (Nazir Hussain) visits Prakash with a bribe and is disgusted with his paintings of the females
almost nude paintings.

and rejects him. However, after seeing Prakash's altruism, he apologizes and they start planning the wedding.

Prakash has a car accident and Kamini finds him and takes him back to her palace. He becomes her prisoner. Jyoti receives a telegram informing her of Prakash's death. Jyoti and her father mourn his death. The bandages on Prakash's face are removed and he discovers that he is blind. She whips and hits him during captivity and vows to behead him. Jyoti is wooed by Captain Vinod (Sujit Kumar), who buys her gifts and says the same lines as Prakash had said. All these remind her of Prakash. To win his heart Kamini takes Prakash to horse riding from where he escapes. He hides behind a rock, and in "hunting" him, Kamini falls off the mountain and dies. He makes his way to the road and is eventually picked up by Captain Vinod, who takes Prakash to his father's house, where he learns that his....

father died a month ago and now has a new occupant. Captain Vinod takes Prakash to his family home where he and his family nurtures him and allows him to recuperate. Captain Vinod goes to the hospital and asks Jyoti to visit his family home, where he has a friend in need of eye care. Before she can see Prakash, she leaves in a taxi after Vinod's parents pressure her to become their future daughter-in-law. She arrives home and discovers her father has a heart attack and overhears her father saying of his desire for his daughter to marry. She agrees to marry Captain Vinod and the engagement party ensues. Prakash attends the celebration, where he is requested to sing. Jyoti sees him
(in the distance.)
performing and
starts crying.

Later, Vinod rings Jyoti and informs him that he is sending his friend to her eye hospital. Prakash and Jyoti reconcile, and Prakash undergoes eye surgery operated by her.
While recuperating, Captain Vinod overhears them in the garden and Prakash stating that he wants to love her not as an invalid, but as a normal man. Both men
become tormented, Vinod that he has lost the game of love, and Prakash that he doesn't want to ruin Vinod's happiness, for all that he has done for him.

Despite Prakash vowing to leave, Vinod beats up Prakash, and Jyoti arrives and witnesses it. A fight ensues, and just as Vinod is about to kill Prakash, his father (Utpal Dutt) shoots him in the leg.... and
apologises for his sons
behaviour.
finally...
Prakash and Jyoti marry.
And jyoti says in his(prakash) ear....

Lets ... talk or texT...

The Importance of Communication..
..
Communication is the act of conveying or receiving information, knowledge, ideas, thoughts, feelings, opinions, etc. It can be conveyed through verbal or nonverbal communication.
Method of communication:

A message can be communicated in different ways. It can be verbal, which means talking, or it can be conveyed in writing. Along with these, the receiver and sender can also communicate using signs, gestures, expressions etc

For communication to be successful, both parties should understand the message. Both the sender and receiver should understand the communication or it becomes miscommunication. Understanding is also influenced by several factors like emotions, culture, language, upbringing and location.

But why is it important to communicate? Communication or social interaction is how we express our ideas, desires, wants and needs. Everything from education to the workplace and even human societies depend on communication to understand each other. Communication is as old as our civilization itself, from time immemorial man, nature and animals communicated with each other verbally and non-verbally.

Communication is the process of conveying messages, information, and ideas between humans and animals. We can communicate by speaking, writing, or even showing physical actions. Humans communicate verbally through the use of different languages that they know. Animals communicate with one another through their noise.

Communication is the greatest importance. It is important to sharing out one's thoughts and feelings to live a fuller and happier life. The more we communicate the less we suffer and the better we feel about everything around.

Communication can be defined as the sharing or exchanging of thoughts, opinions, or information by speech, writing, gestures, listening, etc. The word “communication” is derived from the word “communis.” Communis is a Latin word, which means common.

jokes.......

A serious drunk walked into a bar and, after staring for some time at the only woman seated at the bar, walked over to her and kissed her. She jumped up and slapped him silly. He immediately apologized and explained, "I'm sorry. I thought you were my wife. You look exactly like her." "Why you worthless, insufferable, wretched, no good drunk!" she screamed. "Funny," he muttered, "you even sound exactly like her."

laugh

It's Black Friday and mall is packed with shoppers and Steve can't find his wife. Steve goes up to a very attractive woman and says 'Excuse me, can you help me? I cannot see my wife, and I know that she is here in the shopping mall somewhere. Can you just talk to me for a couple of minutes?" The attrative woman replies "Why?" Steve replies "Because every time I talk to a beautiful woman, my wife materialises out of thin air."

A husband comes home from work, grabs a beer from the fridge, and sits down to watch the ball game. His wife sneaks up from behind, with a tightly rolled up magazine and hits him over the head with it. "Ouch!!! he yells. What the hell was that for?" The angry wife says...."That's because I found this in your pants pocket!!" She shows him a crumpled up piece of paper. "What is that?" he asks. She opens the piece of paper, which clearly has the name "Laura Lou" written on it. "Who is she?" the wife asks. The husband rolls his eyes and says to her, "Jesus, what's the matter with you huh? I've been married to you for 25 years, and not once have I ever cheated on you, nor have I given you any reason to be jealous.....yet you continue to pull this crap on me. When will you ever trust me?" The wife screams back at him, "Well who is she!" The husband replies, "Laura Lou, is the name of a racehorse. I got my haircut yesterday, and the guy next to me gave me this hot tip. Laura Lou in the 4th race, a sure winner. I wrote it down so I wouldn't forget the name. So there, ya feel better now huh?" The wife apologizes. The next day, the husband comes home from work, sits down and watches the game. His wife sneaks up from behind, but this time holding an iron skillet. She whacks him in the back of the head, knocking him out cold. When he finally comes to, he looks at her and says, "What the hell is wrong with you.......now what?" The wife smiles, and says, "Your horse just called."

Madame Doubtfire....

1st.....
On paper, Mrs. Doubtfire
Origin of the "Doubtfire" name....

Madame Doubtfire, known as Alias Madame Doubtfire in the United States, is a 1987 novel written by English author Anne Fine for teenage and young adult audiences. The novel is based on a family with divorced parents.

Author Anne Fine based the name of her novel on a 1970s-era second-hand store, "Madame Doubtfire," located at the corner of Howe Street and South East Circus Place in Edinburgh. The shop was owned by Annabella Coutts, who named her shop after her first husband, Arthur Cyril Doubtfire.

In November 1993, six years after its publication, the novel was adapted into Mrs. Doubtfire, a film starring Robin Williams and Sally Field.

MOVIE INFO.....

Troubled that he has little access to his children, divorced Daniel Hillard (Robin Williams) hatches an elaborate plan. With help from his creative brother Frank (Harvey Fierstein), he dresses as an older British woman and convinces his ex-wife, Miranda (Sally Field), to hire him as a nanny. "Mrs. Doubtfire" wins over the children and helps Daniel become a better parent -- but when both Daniel and his nanny persona must meet different parties at the same restaurant, his secrets gets exposed.

2nd..... 'A Doubting Thomas'

In the Bible, Thomas would not believe that Jesus had come back from the dead until he saw proof of it. St. Thomas was the apostle who doubted Jesus' resurrection until he had proof of it (John 20:24–29). The first known use of the phrase metaphorically dates back to 1883.

The phrase 'A Doubting Thomas' is used to describe someone who is so skeptical that they don't believe anything without personal experience. Example of Use: “Don't waste your time on explanations; he's a doubting Thomas.”rolling on the floor laughing

Nomophobia....

Nomophobia represents the irrational fear of being without a mobile phone. The term was coined in 2009 in the UK and comes from the anglicism "nomophobia" ("no-mobile-phone-phobia").

i would feel....
uncomfortable without constant access to information through my smartphone"
"Running out of battery in my smartphone would scare me"
"I would feel anxious because I could not keep in touch with my family and/or friends"

You feel anxious when your phone battery gets low. ...
You can't leave the house without your smartphone. ...
You feel annoyed when you can't access your phone. ...
You put your life or others' lives at risk to check your smartphone. ...
You use your phone to check for work updates while on holiday.
