I never went to class during the day, night class had a discount. Never dated anyone in college. you didn't listen we, spoke of this before.

On one side of us was the pub and the other a drug rehabilitation centre. We’d have many who lost their way, knocking on our door or passed out on the front lawn in the morning.
It wasn’t flash, but we enjoyed the night life there in the road. Plenty of restaurants and theatres for entertainment.
Christchurch was a pretty city, pre the 2011 earthquake. It's still recovering. I have never lived there, but have heard of Merivale suburb.
I lived in Seeeeeedney for a few years, from Narrabeen, Harbord(spent a fair amount of time at Harbord Diggers), Manly and also lived in Brisbane for a time.
I visited Melbourne when over there. It reminded me of home. Plenty of green belts.
So "punter" and "smart" are mutually exclusive, hey? Well, they are very likely to be in your case. Once more making broad generalizations; without having the slightest idea of what you are talking about.....
