Paying the piper...
Top story today: Jury awards $148 million in damages to the 2 election workers over Rudy Giuliani's lies.Rudy repeatedly pushed a false conspiracy theory that endangered the lives of Wandrea “Shaye” Moss and her mother, Ruby Freeman who were 2020 Georgia election workers. They were on video passing something back and forth that Rudy claimed was drugs, when in fact it was a pack of Tic Tac breath mint.
Admitting he had lied, Rudy continued to repeat his baseless allegations about the women in comments to reporters outside the Washington, D.C. courthouse earlier this week.

Ok.
You got that off your chest.
You diminish yourself, however.
...When I post, I go to some length reading and listening to others whether Democrat, Republican, or other. I sift through all the information, research bits that I don't understand and pull everything together based on research, the law, opinions including my own, etc...
You diminish yourself, however.
If you think it was meant belitteling, that goes on your account.
It was not.
I just don't want to go into the details and speculations about you as a person u see.
I just state what I think.
Sometimes right and sometimes wrong.
Hope you're ok there Jac.

I challenged you and you dismissed me without even the slightest reference to the challenge.
Why should anyone believe the stories you tell about US politics when they appear as much a product of your imagination as the inaccurate stories you tell us about ourselves to our faces?

Maybe you deserved an effort but if it's ok I'll let it pass as was my inital stomach response, probably cos I felt your post was mixed with a few personal emotions so I ran away scared..
About my views, many of them are shared with a large chunck of Americans, namely the Trump supporters. Maybe not in any and all details but for the most part. Examples: the notion that the election was stolen by some joint effort lead on by the rulers of the Democratic party. Secondly that the January 6th was allowed to get out of hand per laxed security. On purpose to have some strong images to show in tv to claim Trump and his supprters are a bunch of no good wild hooligans.
Yea.... I suppose I approach things less than academic here most of the time
but my main points are not only held by me.

I could see the ridiculousness of that argument even at that age: If I'm in a room full of kids who all want to stamp on a butterfly it doesn't mean I'm wrong in thinking the butterfly should be set free.
What you're talking about is peer pressure: I should believe your stories about how the US, or the world works because lots of people tell the same stories.
What evidence has persuaded you that the 2020 election was stolen?
If it's okay to blame a lack of security, or policing for J6 rather than J6ers, then serial killing, rape, home invasion, bank robbery, etc. is also the fault of poor security and policing. Every time there is a crime should we exonerate the person who did it and blame someone else for not stopping the crime?

Especially when the doors magically opens like that.
Now... what happened after that... did this 'mob' go in and create havoc in there, tear the building down or take hostages even? Put out demands? No. They walked around and sometimes sat down on chairs. Completely unorganized. I saw zero violence myself on any video.
Some "forced government takeover" ha'
I find it likely, let's just say it like that.

Clearly you have watched very little of the J6 footage and your story is not backed up by the evidence.
A coup, or an invasion, needn't be violent, destructive, nor well organised. However, the attempted insurrection did involve violence and destruction of property by a significant number of people. There were elements of organised behaviour.
It's all in the footage.

If you hold together everything you can come across here ranging form the mysterious count break at 1am, why only the swing states counted for hours and days after but not the other 45 states, lack of proper neutral observers and how the ones that was still around had to keep covid distance, how mail in ballots seemed like a crazy mess and more- and take also in views from insiders who know well the system and what they have to say-
there is much to punder upon.
However, proof we will never get Jac.
That train left some time ago.
Remember also this- a court in a state will be hard to convince that a reelection should be held.
There might even be political pressure on it as well. But I thnik you must almost be able to see this from an American perspective to understand that everything not be all honkydorian over there.
Corruption plays a role too u see, ever thought about that possibillity?
Ok, now you can just write "bollox" and that will be the end of thet one haha
The theories are easy to find online.
It's up to your own judegment of the situation Jac.
It's what your own stomach tells you mostly.
U must look into it with an open mind.
If you find nothing suspicius, well good for you.
So to speak.
Some more Trump hating action on here.
Please, show me Irrefutable evidence the election was rigged, you do that and I promise to support Trump.
So you just stay in that hammoch of yours.
Some more Trump hating action on here.
Viva Trump.
I don't blog so I put my news here

It's like nothing more than Marmite flavoured sprouts are running for president.

And it's not up to my judgement.
The US legal system has jurisdiction over the dire poitical mess, as it should.
