health is so important

just been to the doctor..thought i had pneumonia as my back hurt when i was breathing..and on top of it flu...only to discover its not pneumonia but bad case of eating crappy food,so no more chilli fried rice ..well not no more just less of that and i promise myself with eat vegetables..funny thing the doc was cheap but the meds cost me a small fortune

so as from 2mrow..a healthier me! cheaper than going to the doctor!

i'm happy for u that it wasn't a pneumonia..
i remember myself having it

....3 weeks of staying home..and plus 5kg cuz of vitamines....i was smth like

that time.
