Parfum

"You Remain"

As a perfume doth remain
In the folds where it hath lain,
So the thought of you, remaining
Deeply folded in my brain,
Will not leave me;
all things leave me;
You remain.

Other thoughts may come and go
Other moments I may know,
That shall waft me, in their going
As a breath blown to and fro;
Fragrant memories,
fragrant memories
Come and Go.

Only thoughts of you remain
In my heart where they have lain-
Perfumed thoughts of you, remaining
A hid sweetness, in my brain.
Others leave me; all things leave me;
You remain.

I think Angelpepper that you are talking about Essential Oils... we carry them in Chemists, Health Food Stores and Naturalist stores. And if that is the same thing, the quality vastly changes from one brand to another. I used to put drops of oil into a water burner and the smell would fill my home.

laugh ABAG: Nope! Not the Essent. Oil. The Body Oils. The Oil Stores also sales that Essents. Oils too. Soaps and other things too Plus! The Body Oils. . . rolling on the floor laughing

I don't wear cheap perfumes either, Angelpepper... the oil based perfumes last all day. Quite often I can apply perfume early in the morning and people can smell it on me late in the day. I am often surprised that they can smell it when I might have applied it at 5am.

tip hat ABAG: Yeah! When someone had introduce, me to that! And told me, how to rub it, into my skin. I was suprise. I loved it! And been with that, for a year now. I wears a different brand, mostly everyday! Ive just ran out of the body oil name: True Reglion. { I didnt like it! But! Many people says that, it smells good. So! I just wear it at times. Im down to 11 bottles. Anywho! The body oils comes in for the ladies and mens. I wears both. Because sometimes the mens oil, smells better then the ladies. In that brand/name.. . .

Shalimar by Guerlain is my absolute favorite scent. It is expensive in Barbados so I usually request a bottle for special occasions like my birthday. angel
