BATTLE FOR SUPREMACY? IS THERE A NEED? WHY?
Or why not?Man by nature is competitive. In every field whether in sports, career, love or any endeavor.
Today, the most evident proof of man's craving for competition is towards the rule of military- political and economic supremacy of the world. History proves that this is the best test laid out challenge promoting the continued and endless effort to man's voracious urge to compete.
We are born to compete, even unto ourselves. Sometimes our goals are directly set in order to prove that we are indeed capable in achieving beyond our established norms.
There are two major need for competition set by nature for man. The need to survive and the need to rule.
I am very inclined to elaborate and discuss more on the latter as the progressive mark of our society is etched on the very road for the need to rule.
Evidently our world is getting on the verge of once again, testing who gets the most effective weapon for destruction and annihilation. After reading all the articles on the very nature of man's crucial effort to survival, I was amazed at the new discovery that Science today is the ultimate road to test our human ability for competitive struggles. The biggest expected reward is the result of supremacy as the most adept will rule the world. Mostly weapons of mass destruction. Very rife for testing.

But the truth of the matter is that all of us, know one way or the other the simple yet factual nature of our need to compete. We see it in our family, our children and our friends. But on this blog, I would love to hear your opinions on this regarding the new wave of GLOBAL RIFT going on in the world.
If you think that we are not on the verge of this big battle for supremacy, why so?

Russia became since the cold enemy, 1963. And that is the reason they can't ever close Guantanamo Bay, just as much as Obama wants to. It will serve its purpose. Now if you haven't hear of the information on Obama went unannounced and unscheduled to the Philippines last month to renew our US bases there which was closed in the early 80s, and now has moved the 5th US fleet, stationed in Bahrain to go to the Philippines.
The 7th fleet which is in Australia is not accounted yet.
But these moves are not coincidences Z. Just think of it, why for has Obama went to renew a billion dollar expense for what?
And also the reason why US is not pulling off from Afghanistan as it should have been this year is because of the tension which no one wants to acknowledge except, Glennbeck and some of the brave newscasters on Fox and Blaze.com (please read the first few comments)
How are you?...yes I think mankind is geared toward competition...perhaps it's an innate quality...We have room in this world for competition and we need not fear this...gaining allies is more important...
In regards to your question, I am thinking about the Ukraine. Although Putin is showing his moxy,...I think this is just that... a show...flexing his muscles...similarly, the leader of North Korea seems to be flexing his muscles as well...perhaps an act of defiance towards the west...Is this leading to a battle for supremacy?...we will wait and see.

I listened to all Johnny but the truth is never actually the way it is laid out. I love to listen to Fox and blaze.com right now and reshaping all my political inclinations at the moment.

Yes. I have been very busy lately.
I find it really baffling to listen to Fox and their take on things and then listen to MSNBC to get their take on things. To me, it is just a direct reflection of the immaturity/selfishness that is going on between the two major parties of our government.
There has always been differences between to two major parties of our government. But, they always seem to get together and make constructive decisions for our country. The way I see it, only after GW has politics become some sort of drama story.
I remember two key things from the GW era....first, Michael Moore's movie about our faulty healthcare system and GW's quote to his buddies saying...something to the effect that they were the, "have and have mores."
Whether you believe one side or the other with our political parties, there is a high likelihood there will be a feeling of resentment.
Imperative to supply the truth to the public and not just sling back and forth which is which.
What happened to libel and the protection of the majority for the truth?

I might call my friend and go chill out there for a while..She is also a writer, she is the one who forced me to be a member here four years ago.
She lives 6 months in PI and then in summer go back and live in Geneve for 6 months.
But of course I am a US citizen and not a Swiss like her so I can only be a visitor there..

Are you really worried about the problems in relation to the world's restlessness...as I see it...it may be people tired of tyranny...or an unjust system...we are not the same people like in the fifties...the elitists should tread carefully...
