It hasn't been quiet in Trump world, not for one minute. A few news stories daily and 'Trutes' from his TRUTH social media site keeping those 'Libs' on their toes.
I'm surprised no one on CS mentioned that Biden had classified documents in his possession. Trump did and wants to know why the FBI didn't raid his many homes.
Hmmm... that's one to ponder!

It's still hurricane season in Trump world. He appears in the news several times a day. The Mar-a-Lago government documents saga isn't going well for him and it appears the Department of Justice will prevail.
The tax fraud issue isn't going well. He knew about every facet of the Trump Organization and signed all the checks. His attorneys aren't able to prove otherwise.
What else?
Claiming freedom of speech on the TRUTH social media platform has it's limits that he isn't aware of. Trump used his site to attack the woman who accused him of rape in a Manhattan department store. She files a defamation suit, he denounced her claim.
Trump's lawyers tried to argue what he said as president was protected from legal action. He's a private citizen now and has no such privilege.
George Conway Tweeted about this as the defense he's been pushing for years is no longer there.
What else?
Calling for the “termination” of the U.S. Constitution and his continued efforts to throw out the results of the 2020 presidential election.

For years, I followed music, documentary and YouTube videos about Crosby, Stills, Nash... and yes Young. They are and were in the recent death of David Crosby, fantastic song writers. And over 50 plus years one emerged to be the moody bastard of the group.
Maybe you heard that Neil Young walked out minutes before a performance, killing a tour. Yeah, the sun and the moon weren't in alignment and it was time to go... forget about contracts, forget about loss of millions, forget about the fans who paid for records and concert tickets to support their careers. That's the way he was wired and always felt it justified his actions.
At times, there was a rift between Young and the world. Today my blog is about him, David Crosby and the feud that carried on for more than a decade.
Today in the news, Neil Young came around enough to give praise to the work and talent of Crosby and hailed him as the soul of CSNY.
That generation of song writers, musicians and entertainers are all in the passing stage of life... there aren't many more who can achieve their success. When they are gone... they are gone.

I cleared my cache file of a few hundred YouTube videos and started out fresh. From a bookmark link about Irish whistles, I found a link to a Hurdy Gurdy demonstration. Oh yeah... Hurdy Gurdy, I know the name from the 1968 Donovan song and I've seen photos, but I don't recall actually researching the instrument.
In short, it's a stringed instrument of French origin dating back to medieval times. A quick description is a few strings, a crank that turns a wheel with felt on it that rubs the strings and with keys that play the notes.
The Hurdy Gurdy makes a violin-like sound but the wheel (unlike a violin bow) is continuous and you can play several notes at the same time. It also has other strings like drones that resonate. I'm surprised with an instrument so unique there aren't a large group of players.

This deserves a blog of it's own. Back in the 1990's Carroll claims Donald Trump raped her in a famous New York City department store. Trump denied her allegation. He said she's not his type.
I read she kept the garment she was wearing that has his sperm on it and a DNA test would be conclusive. I also read the court isn't allowing the test.
There's a second issue of defamation where he's being sued by Carroll based on disparaging comments he made in response to her accusation.
Trump's lawyers tried and failed to get both cases dismissed.
Over the years, he's been accused of rape several times, but none of them stuck. I recall one woman backed out before the trial due to death threats.
Another woman came forward and the situation was different. Either Trump or one of his lawyers made a clarification or comparison, but that only sounded like he was part of both and the women weren't lying.
So the man who's in court over business fraud, indirectly paying a porn star hush money, a boasting womanizer with a history of affairs while married, had partied with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell is teetering over a rape case that may actually lean in Carroll's favor. He would be found guilty of s*xual assault. Convicted Rapists in Florida are on a list and their movements are often restricted.

Trump admits to his aides, that he is worried about all the state and federal prosecutions that are impending after he loses the election. Hey, if you can't do the time, don't commit the crimes !

President Trump tells advisers that he fears prosecution if he loses the election: report
Trump fears not only the state and local investigations already underway but also possible new federal probes
Roger Sollenberger

With Election Day approaching and his poll numbers still flagging, President Donald Trump has allegedly begun to express concerns to aides about the potential criminal liabilities which may await him in a post-White House life.
The threats are broad: Trump's businesses are currently under investigation by the New York State attorney general and the Manhattan District Attorney's office for possible tax and financial crimes. He is also worried about the potential for new federal investigations, according to a new report from The New York Times.
Trump has reportedly expressed these concerns to advisers "for weeks." Aside from the known state and local probes, The Times did not specify which specific liabilities might have unnerved the president at the federal level.
The difference is significant, because presidential pardons only apply to federal crimes; they do not extend to state and local levels. The constitutional question of whether Trump would pardon himself before leaving office — which no president has tried — has simmered throughout his term. It even came up during Justice Amy Coney Barrett's confirmation hearings last month.
While former special counsel Robert Mueller's final report did not directly accuse Trump of any crimes, "it also does not exonerate him." Though Mueller laid out what many legal experts called textbook examples of obstruction of justice, he did not make a decision "either way" about whether to prosecute Trump. The lack of conclusion maddened the president's supporters and detractors alike.
That decision largely — but not solely, according to testimony from Attorney General William Barr — hinged on existing Department of Justice guidance which bars a sitting president from be criminally prosecuted. That same guidance deterred federal prosecutors from listing Trump as a co-conspirator by name in the indictment which ultimately sent his former personal attorney Michael Cohen to federal prison.
Federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York claimed in that case that Cohen had an accomplice in his hush-money payment to Stormy Daniels, an unindicted co-conspirator whom the charging document against Cohen referred to as "Individual-1" — someone who had run "an ultimately successful campaign for president of the United States."
Because communications about those payments extended into 2017, it may be argued that the five-year statute of limitations would not apply to Trump's involvement in that crime as a co-conspirator if he were to be prosecuted in 2021.
Ken Starr, the independent prosecutor who investigated former President Bill Clinton, said before Mueller submitted his report in 2018 that he believed the former special counsel would either refer Trump to Congress for impeachment or he would face indictment once he is no longer president.
"Those are the two avenues that I see," Starr said at the time.
Further, there has been no reporting about what happened to the counterintelligence investigation that the FBI opened into Trump in 2017, and Mueller was prevented from digging into Trump's finances as a result of a decision from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in the investigation's early stages. ....

Researchers have reportedly made a breakthrough in the quest to unlock a “near-limitless, safe, clean” source of energy: they have got more energy out of a nuclear fusion reaction than they put in.
Nuclear fusion involves smashing together light elements such as hydrogen to form heavier elements, releasing a huge burst of energy in the process. The approach, which gives rise to the heat and light of the sun and other stars, has been hailed as having huge potential as a sustainable, low-carbon energy source.
However, since nuclear fusion research began in the 1950s, researchers have been unable to a demonstrate a positive energy gain, a condition known as ignition.
Now, it seems, the Rubicon has been crossed.
“It proves that the long sought-after goal, the ‘holy grail’ of fusion, can indeed be achieved.”
But experts have stressed that while the results would be an important proof of principle, the technology is a long way from being a mainstay of the energy landscape. To start with, 0.4MJ is about 0.1kWh – about enough energy to boil a kettle.

It appears to be true... Trump's lawyers held a press conference at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia and mistakenly selected the Four Seasons Total Landscaping company and not the hotel of a similar name.
They went through with the event anyway on the parking lot between an adult bookstore and a cremation center.
