Because of the reactive nature of our unconscious mind, there is always turmoil inside us. Our whole attitude is influenced by our inner reaction. The habit of reacting is what makes our personality good or bad. This habit of reacting is out of our control. We react very little outside, but in the unconcious mind, the action-reaction goes on for 24 hours from birth to death. Even while sleeping, unconcious mind does not sleep. There are only two reactions in our unconscious mind, attraction and repulsion. The drama of life is going on on both these reactions.
If unconcious mind start observing instead of reacting, then the whole problem will be solved.
The whole struggle of spirituality is on this matter how unconcious mind started observing instead of reacting. This stage is called "inner silence", where the mind does not react.
The whole essence of spirituality is "inner silence".

The other night, I poured a cup of milk using only the light from the refrigerator. No issues.
I often wonder (envision) what it would be like to have a loss of vision, or hearing. Twenty years ago, I had a monster inner ear infection and get vertigo sometimes when there is a change in atmospheric pressure. I was able to walk through my house in Miami without bumping into walls. It's different in my condo and I'll shout profanities if I accidentally kick the corner of the bed frame. In a dark room, I become a mouse and guide myself along the furniture avoiding the bed frame.

I know a licensed massage therapist who is legally blind. He was born with normal vision but genetics gave him the same deck of cards that his mother had and she lost her vision as an adult. He studied massage while he could see. He also studied karate... just in case he needed to defend himself as a blind man!
Accepting cash only, he's got a viewer that enlarges anything placed on the scanning bed. He can see light and dark and images are blurred as though he;s looking through several layers of waxed paper. Only a tiny part in the upper corner of his eye is good enough to see the enlargement from the viewer.

I think comedian Richard Prior went to visit Stevie Wonder and found the house was dark. It was fine for Stevie, but Richard couldn't see his way around!

Attitude plays a big part of dealing with a handicap whether it was from birth or something that came about through life. I think it's normal for people to go through depression.
As a teenager, one of my neighbors lost a leg to leukemia. I remember seeing him at the public pool making the best of a summer. He didn't have time to think about depression... less than a year later he died.

I was doing my normal music YouTube surfing and (typical of YouTube) some unrelated selections appeared. I clicked one to see Nick Vujicic, a man born without arms and legs giving motivational speeches. I watched. Not all. But I bookmarked it and will come back to see more. He's got a handful of other videos.
Eye opening to say the least. A man without arms and legs overcomes mountains of obstacles and does seminars to Inspire others. He's got books, websites, DVD's

When I was new to this hospital I’ve got a sign to a preceptor Nurse meeting she is a senior nurse who is supposed to teach me the policies and the operating procedures in our hospital especially in our department where I was assigned an emergency department. I noticed that most of our coworkers didn’t like her I thought it was just because she’s Frank and straightforward and a little mean when she talks but personally I don’t mind people like this so I kind of sucked it up and it’s OK with me so we became friends.
She was a little difficult because there were times when she would just ignore you and then when you directly talk to her ask her what’s going on if she’s mad or some thing she would deny everything and just carry on like nothing is happening. But of course that’s some thing that I don’t like because Frank as I am and straightforward as I am if there’s some thing that I don’t like about our interaction i would say it.

Now fast forward when I got Covid. When I Got discharged from the hospital people were talking to me asking me how I was if I’m feeling better what problems do I still have because of Covid and what sort of things they can do to help me cope and recover even better. Aside from that though there were some concerned people who mentioned to me about the things that she has said against me behind my back. They said that she’d been telling people that I was being so careless going on dates while there’s a pandemic. That I am actually the one who gave them the virus and put them at risk. To be honest I felt really sorry that if I was the one who gave them the virus that I didn’t want to do that although I was being very careful with my own health and other peoples health like washing my hands all the time wearing my mask changing my mask if I needed to just to make sure that I don’t spread the virus that things still happen. Good thing though for them for her and her child they were a symptomatic they never had anything like cough or fever her child got runny nose and so did she and then they have a test and they were positive and they got isolated at home while I was admitted to the hospital for eight days and stayed on home quarantine for few more days until I got better to go back to work. But I wasn’t sure where I got the virus all I know is I got the vaccine and after two weeks I got the chills and the fever that doesn’t go down no matter how much medication they take so I don’t know who to blame I don’t really want to blame anybody anymore or even during that time because blaming would never help anybody anyway so I focused on meditating and praying and going inside myself thinking and trying to heal myself.

And then because of the things that I learned that she said about me while I was in the hospital I went on silent mode. I stopped going to their house. I just stopped the communication and the bonding.

Then yesterday I was having fun with other nurses because they had idle Time and so we made a TikTok video where we danced. I posted it on Facebook and there were a lot of reactions and comments to it. The next day I came to work and I was told that I have to hide it or take the video down. They said that somebody complained about it in the meeting. I didn’t have to ask to know that it was her who did it I know because that’s her nature to go behind a someone’s back, friend or not. I know it was her because she’s done it before. It didn’t reach the higher management and quite frankly I didn’t think it was wrong because like everybody in our hospital has been doing that and I don’t know why it was just me who was singled out.

Anyway it doesn’t matter that you did that anymore. I just removed all my Facebook friends that work in the same hospital. Maybe life is better this way it’s going to be more peaceful without the eyes and ears and mouth of other people dipping in your life. I hope she finds happiness in her life so she stops being bitter and just be happy.

Love heals all painful wounds. Whether or not we will get love from others is probably not in our hands. But we can give love to others, it is definitely in our hands. So do what is in our hands.


I wish it could happen that so much love spreads in the world that there is no place left for hatred.

In my last blog , some people tell me what's good and what's bad & guide me who's coward , and making fun that one day americans go to job in china , and also guide me that how powerful coward biden is , maybe today they all wake up from there fake dreams ,
2 bomb blasts outside of afghanistan airport and so many innocent people died & injured , there are too many american civilian and army men died and injured , maybe you soo called intelligent people get that what I want to tell you in my last blog if no then take dreams of your looser president , you people did very big mistake to elect biden government and because of him so many innocent people died and injured in afganistan. It's starting.
