The Fear

The cause of Fear and Its Remedy.

We can do more, we can be more

The human body but also the human brain are able to do much more than we know and I will explain them one by one. Before that, however, if you do not want to believe what I say, you are free to save your time and use it in another direction. Now let's start with the human eye, they are able to see colors we don't know we can see, they can see in the dark, and they can zoom in or out. Don't you believe me? Test ... 1 wait for night to come and if you have a car or neighbor car with alarm on it, look at the flashing light on the car window, it doesn't seem to have a bright light, now concentrating a little look elsewhere car but so that you can see the light bulb with, a corner of the eye .. you will notice that suddenly that light is brighter. Now near, far. Sit in a chair, stretch your legs forward, and put your hand face down to your feet, but slightly to your left or right (you choose the direction) now look at your feet, then move your gaze to your hands, you will notice that the legs are slightly visible in the fog when the gaze is focused on the hands. Repeat the process and you will realize that your eyes move away or close their eyes depending on the object you are looking at (the eyes can do this with something at a great distance, but we do not know how to use them). As with the dark, the eyes can see in the dark you just need to train and use it properly but we don't know how to do that. Now, the human brain - it is our most powerful weapon, in the true sense of the word, the brain is capable of doing things hard to imagine. I will list here just a few, I will not say absolutely what it can do ... for starters, the human brain not only controls our entire body but can also program it, literally .. The human brain is able to stage a death fake or let's call it a coma for a few minutes. Specifically, the human brain is able to program the heart to stop on its own for a few minutes and then restart on its own. During this time, even the brain will cease a very large part of its functions, but a very small part of it will still be active, enough not to really die. Another function that the brain can have is to stop the function of the nerves, our brain is able to stop the functions of the nerves so that we no longer feel the pain. Also the human brain can control its own functions, meaning we can control the way our brain works, and from here there are many possibilities I will only give an example ... we can for example make the brain completely forget certain things as a kind of intentionally induced amnesia. Another function of the brain is to control the energy around us but also the weight of its body or more precisely it can control the way the gravity of the earth will react on us. So gravitational attraction will have a greater effect on us than usual. Related to the energies around us, the human brain is able to control the energy of living things such as ants, (I know it sounds SF. But it's true) the human brain can control the energy of small creatures, so insects. order the ants, beetles or other gangsters to do what we want. The problem is, we don't know how to do that. The roof of the mouth is capable of spitting saliva, throwing, shooting with saliva. There are many other things we are capable of, but we are still limited by the fact that we do not know how to control our body.
I hope that one day we will find a way to accept the capabilities of our body, and I hope that one day we will start using them.
Thank you for your attention. peace cheers bouquet

Who are you?

Have you ever wondered what you are meant to do?

The present world we live in has crazy types imposed on people that we have lost the real meaning of what it is to be a human being.

Who are you? How do you describe yourself? Are you happy and content? Or does happiness really exist?

I wonder....

Mercy-Kindness paradox

The definition of mercy-kindness varies from person to person.

For meat eaters, it is different.
For vegetarians, it is different.
For vegans, it is different.
For butchers, it is different.
For politicians, it is different.
For terrorists, it is different.
For military persons, it is different.
For ordinary persons, it is different.
For different religions, it is different.
For saints, it is different.
etc.
The harshest truth of life is: "killing for living"
Everyone justifies killing in their own way.
The most common justification is: "unnecessary killing is wrong"
But the necessities are not limited, not defined. So the necessities are increasing and the killings are also increasing.

Killing can't be stopped, so a new word was coined to justify killing: "Mercy-Killing".
Killing and kindness go hand in hand.

A thought arose during train journey.

Once I was traveling by train at night. While traveling, a thought came to my mind that if one man travels among 5 women in a cabin with 6 berths, then surely that man will travel safely, happily, sleeping comfortably among 5 women. He will not feel any danger among women. Even, if I were in his place, I wouldn't have felt threatened.

But if the situation is reversed, if a woman is alone among 5 men, will that woman be able to travel at night safely, happily, sleeping comfortably? Will she feel safe? Will she be able to sleep at night?
Definitely no, never.

Both male and female are born from the same womb, but there is a huge difference in the character of both.

Why?????????????????????????????

Appreciates you and your personality
Doesn't compare you to other people
Never insults you
Recognises your qualities
Realises that no one is perfect

Good-Luck? or Bad-Luck?

In a village, a poor old farmer had a lame son. Everyone in the village called that boy unlucky.
One day, king's army came to the village, and took all the strong young boys to be soldiers for the emperor. Only the old farmer's lame son was spared, because he could not fight with a broken leg. Everyone said, “What a good luck!” The old farmer replied, “Good luck?, bad luck?, who knows?”

Sometimes circumstances decide whether it is good luck? or bad luck?. So, don't pride on your good-luck and don't grieve over your bad-luck.

"A gentle reminder"

Psychological abuse, often called emotional abuse, is a form of abuse characterized by a person subjecting or exposing another person to a behaviour that may result in psychological trauma, including anxiety, chronic depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder...
It is often associated with situations of power imbalance in abusive relationships, and may include bullying, gaslighting, and abuse in the workplace. It also may be perpetrated by persons conducting torture, other violence, acute or prolonged human rights abuse, particularly without legal redress such as detention without trial, false accusations, false convictions, and extreme defamation such as where perpetrated by state and media.

General definition

Clinicians and researchers have offered different definitions of psychological abuse.....According to current research the terms "psychological abuse" and "emotional abuse" can be used interchangeably, unless associated with psychological violence
More specifically, "emotional abuse is any kind of abuse that is emotional rather than physical in nature. It can include anything from verbal abuse and constant criticism to more subtle tactics such as intimidation, manipulation, and refusal to ever be pleased. This abuse occurs when someone says words or does actions used to try and control the other person, to keep the other afraid and instill fear that, or kept apart from others or try to break someone’s self-esteem of themselves.
Emotional abuse can take several forms. Three general patterns of abusive behavior include aggressing, denying, and minimizing"; "Withholding is another form of denying. Withholding includes refusing to listen, refusing to communicate, and emotionally withdrawing as punishment."..
Even though there is no established definition for emotional abuse, emotional abuse can possess a definition beyond verbal and psychological abuse.

Blaming, shaming, and name calling are a few verbally abusive behaviors which can affect a victim emotionally. The victim's self-worth and emotional well-being are altered and even diminished by the verbal abuse, resulting in an emotionally-abused victim.

The victim may experience severe psychological effects. This would involve the tactics of brainwashing, which can fall under psychological abuse as well, but emotional abuse consists of the manipulation of the victim's emotions. The victim may feel their emotions are being affected by the abuser to such an extent that the victim may no longer recognize their own feelings regarding the issues the abuser is trying to control. The result is the victim's self-concept and independence are systematically taken away.

The U.S. Department of Justice defines emotionally abusive traits as including causing fear by: intimidation, threatening physical harm to self, partner, children, or partner's family or friends, destruction of pets and property, forcing isolation from family, friends, or school or work. More subtle emotionally abusive behaviors include insults, putdowns, arbitrary and unpredictable behavior, and gaslighting (e.g. the denial that previous abusive incidents occurred). Modern technology has led to new forms of abuse, by text messaging and online cyber-bullying....
