I've been told by my grandparents not to bother with guys that don't have jobs because they are more likely to use you but its still known to every woman out there that guys with an ordinary 9-5 job that meets my grandparents standards will probably use you anyway....

Why can't it be easy to tell who the users are??

I work for the State Emergency Service in the Call Centre, but does that make me a telemarketer or a bad person??

Just a shout out to all of you single girls out there. We all know that its not the best feeling to be alone on Valentines Day. Whether you are single by choice... by unfortunate events, or just because your loved one could not be with you. But I'm here to say that Valentine's Day may be a romantic day, and every girl/woman dreams of having someone to be with on that day,but its only a day. If you can live through every other day of the year without someone then you can live through this day without feeling as though your life is over because you aren't with someone. If you are single by choice then choose to enjoy it. Make a party for yourself or if you have single friends envite them over and use the time to catch up on all of the gossip. If you are single because you just haven't found that special someone, take the time to think about the future. If you are on the road you want to be on, just keep going. Maybe you aren't with someone this year, but maybe next year will be your lucky year. If you are taken but your loved one couldn't be with you. Take the time to remember the good times. Think about how you will feel when you next see your special someone. Whatever you do, don't make it into a cry-fest. Like I said before, Its just another day. This is my second go around on CS. The first time was pretty cool, I met a lot of really great people, but for some reason, this time around I'm having NO luck whatsoever. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't the point of having a profile on a dating/singles site to allow people to connect with you (hence why I'm sure this site is called Connecting Singles for crying out loud) and to meet new people? I haven't been out of the singles loop for THAT long that the rules have changed. I'm a super chatty person so if I notice that you've looked at my page, rated a photo, or messaged me I make sure that I get back to those people and/or say thanks for rating me or hi. I have found this time around that people just don't want/like to communicate. I mean come on now it's not like I'm saying "hey let's get down" I'm just saying hi...no harm no foul..right? But I must be wrong. Am I doing something wrong by contacting people that have checked out my page? Rated a picture? It's just frustrating. Anyhow, I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Seriously, Id like someone to tell me so I understand. I understand midlife crisis but honeslty if your 40 and trying to get an 18 year old GIRL, then their is something seriously wrong with you. I am sickend by men that are hitting on women 30 years younger then them. It makes me think that they are pedifiles, i do not understand how it is even legal in cases. It is just sick, its as if they are getting it on with there daughter. Older guys that do this please tell me why you do this, and any one else tell me how you feel.
