What is the main cause of terrorism in the United States then? According to University of Maryland's START program...the world foremost data base on terrorism....2/3 of the all the world terrorism is committed by Muslims. Annually that is between 65,000 to 95,000 acts of various types. 2/3 of all the world terrorist groups identify themselves as Muslim. That is about 4000 of the worlds known 6000 terrorist groups.
START been collecting global terrorist data for about 30 years.....they can tell you what Yasser Arafat use as explosive when he blew up the Isreali water canal to start this...in early 60s. (That is a joke)
But they do keep weapon type, death and injury, target type on each act.

Fear of Sharia Law retribution is my opinion. We found that in Iraq. They would target Muslims that were in violation of Sharia Law. Or Muslim's that had 'tipped' on them.
