Steve5721: So can I ...but my post was from an incident in September 2010...not one from decades ago.

Should sum things up pretty good. Christianity has come long ways and no longer is associated with violence. Islam is. It's all in the link and a large volume of examples can be given here. To even have this debate is a joke. I'm not a Christian either.

Moving on, the Tea Party is a sound movement. I may not hold the same world views as most of the adherents, but the Tea Party is a grass roots movement. More political parties are needed in America, especially parties that honor the Constitution. The Tea Party will reach across the political spectrum in the coming years hopefully, and maybe we can get our country back from the corporate machine.

StressFree: Not all Tea Party supporters hold this view. Believe it or not, the Tea Party movement does have different tiers. Most of these rants are coming from conservatives from the South or Middle America. The idea of the Tea Party is to make sure the government respects and sustains the Constitution, and provide a self-governing system. A central government having power on all the States and citizens will NEVER work in America. u2Kitty, would you want the EU to dictate almost everything in Denmark?

I am from the south....and a Tea party person..I have not ranted in a long time. Maybe today is the day.....grin

Pedrosa: What's up? Why do you want to know about our case?
Fanning: Any unusual activity tonight?
Pedrosa: Like what?
Fanning: That relates to a series of murders in Wilshire Central or West Hollywood?
Pedrosa: All quiet on the western front. Various people are asleep. Various people are awake. They come and go in cars, pickups, taxis. Other than that, we watch the air move.

One of the biggest misconceptions considering that groups such as Freedom Works & Koch Industries fund it by the multimillions.

cherryrae: i view what mccain did as being a very honourable and righteous thing to do, and i unequivocally agree with you on the race card being played. it is appalling, and should have not a damn thing to do with political policy or campaigns

laugh i think mccain is a good guy, and what he went through in vietnam was just harrowing. it is unfortunate he had palin beside him during the 2008 campaign. it really destroyed his credibility.

believe it or not, i also liked powell and rice aswell, and i see them as true conservatives with great integrity and honour.

their is an assumption out there that if you oppose the party 'status quo', then you must be completely against the party, and quite often castigated as a dissenter. in america, a country which is founded on individuals freedoms, i find this contrary to the foundations of that same liberty that is its backbone.
