That wasn't a well-timed disappearing off the face of the earth, I've been at the gym motivating soon-to-be slim people.

GG

Well, I've got the search down to one of two places. Thanks for asking.

My first choice is an new apartment in a quiet & friendly place for us old folks called 'the Grand' located in Dublin, Ohio. Unfortunately, the apartment's electric furnace-a/c unit are in its bedroom. Not sure I could get used to that. no garage and no valet service.

Second choice is an an apartment in an older, busier and heavier populated apartment complex. I don't like how the common areas inside are decorated and carpeted but the actual apartment itself has a balcony overlooking a great view of a large pond in a nature preserve. It has garages and valet service.

Want to flip a coin for me, 2intrigued?

My gut tells me you're leaning towards taking the apartment in the older area...at least that's what I would choose between the two. Hopefully there's enough wall space for all your pictures. conversing laugh

wave I think I can help you with that Galrad.

I had a boyfriend in Ohio. His mother had a condo that had the furnace in the bedroom and she couldn't stand the noise.

I have the same thing but the unit is in my livingroom. I never have the heat on when I sleep. If it goes on when I'm watching tv it is loud but I turn it off after it heats up the area.

Take my word for it, it is very loud.

I'm sleeping on the decision again.

The newer apartment community is

The older community with ugly carpet & decorations with garages, valet, view and month-month rent is:

Thank you for the feedback...... heads it's the grand .... laugh

GG flipped the coin and got tails. dunno giggle

Ultimately, the decision is yours but Monte makes a valid point in her post and I personally would prefer a place with a garage and the balcony with a view. grin Sleep on it Galrads. hug

The grand is nicer looking but the other one seems homelier.

Go for the one with the best atmosphere and ambience.
