THE SEED

SEED SO SMALL
YOU ENTER THE EARTH
WHO COULD IMAGINE
THE STORY OF YOUR BIRTH

CAST AWAY BY THE SOWER
FALLING WHEREVER
GOOD RISE YOU UP
BAD SOIL TO FAIL

AND WHEN YOU FALL
INTO THE EARTH
DARKNESS WOULD CRUSH
THINKING TO WIN

BUT THE OPPOSITE
IT WOULD BEGIN
SHELL CRUSHED
TO SET YOU FREE

NOW OPENED UP
YOU SPREAD OUTSIDE
GERMATE SEED
NO DARK CAN HIDE

ONE DAY SHE RISES
TO SURFACE AGAIN
METAMORPHIS SEED
BEGINNING HER REIGN

SMALL IS THE SEED
WITH LIFE PACKED INSIDE
OPEN IN DARKNESS
AND SHE WILL SURVIVE
