WHEN LOVE LEAVES

THERE ARE MOMENTS
WE ENCOUNTER
WHEN THE SUN
BY CLOUDS SEEMS HID
AND WE WONDER
HOW IT WENT WRONG
SOMETHING SAID
OR THINGS I DID
SO SHES GONE
AND WE RE ALONE
AND IT HURTS
TO FEEL THIS WAY
JUST WHEN IT SEEMED SO VERY CERTAIN
LIKE THE TIDE IT EBBED AWAY
AND LOVE FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE
SEEMS TO BE THIS WAY.
ALL OUR BEST WE GIVE
BUT THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH
SO WE MOVE ON ONCE AGAIN
IN THE LOOK
TO FINDING LOVE

Sad, tho wonderful write. "...for certain people, seems to be this way". "...we move on once again..."
