As always sweetheart, you know how to draw in the reader to the heart of your thoughts. I wondered myself why I came back here. For me, I think, it was because I had some of the best times of my life on this poetry corner, this little piece of Heaven, where I shared thoughts of love. You still know how to sing so gently. Have a wonderful evening. Hugs always ..... Michael. XXX

Hi Kathy, thank you for dropping by and the comment on this piece, it is much appreciated. No, Kathy, there is nothing between Jill and myself, we are just friends. In fact, it has been a year since I have heard from Jill. Have a wonderful evening. Hugs always ..... Michael. XXX

Hi, my lady of light, twilight can be the most wonderful time of the day. The day is ending and the night is beginning. A time to remember memories of the day. Twilight is the time when my heart starts to sing. It is indeed a time of wonder and your wonderful words are a joy to read. Your poetry still sings. Have a wonderful evening. Hugs always ..... Michael. XXX

My lady of light, this is such a wonderful write, it touches the heart so gently and brings a tear to the eye. What you say is true, sometimes, those who can see can miss so much. So many people seem to be in a hurry to get nowhere and they miss everything. A blind child can see more. Have a wonderful evening. Hugs always ..... Your Dark Man. XXX

Nice written memory. It's so hard to be blind, but people with disabilities develop amazing skills with their other senses. Helen Keller is just one of them.

Great creation written in couple of verses.
Guess that the greatest parts of life are settled in small packages.
Take care!

Kathy,
you always provide nice rhimes with your poems.
The same occured again among oysters and pearls.
And it is good that faith lies in your heart.
Just like a gorgeous pearl within a shell.

Sometimes love and trust are like magnets but when their polarity changes they fall far apart. As you said they can't be without each other. Enjoyed. SM

LCBR, how you centered the rose with nature and what inspires you were gorgeous. Sending a bouquet of red roses with billets-doux to any female will make the wind lift her feet away...Nicely written. SM

If love and trust does not work, then acceptance and freedom will.
example, Dolly Parton and her husband.

8 Dreams Hundreds of species live in the US. Many rarer species live near old wetlands and bogs. Usually tell them apart by location and the pattern used to light up. It's funny, up in the northern states we called them Fireflies, but in the southern states they are called Lighting Bugs; however they are neither bugs nor flies......haha......they are beetles!!
