In sideout

Outside lives a guy with a smile that will brighten up the room,
Yet inside hides a guy with a frown full of despair.

Outside lives a guy with eyes of joy that brings you to ease,
Yet inside hides a guy shedding tears of sadness.

Outside lives a guy with a beautiful laugh that's contagious,
Yet inside hides a guy screaming his lungs out in unwanted anger.

Outside lives a guy with the personality everyone envies,
Yet inside hides a guy full of insecurities and shame.

Outside lives a guy who is fearless and tough,
Yet inside hides a weak guy who lives in fear.

Outside lives a guy full of life,
Yet inside hides a guy full of pain, wanting to die.

Outside lives a guy with a perfect image,
Yet inside hides a guy with regrets and mistakes.

Outside lives a guy of innocence,
Yet inside hides a guy with tremendous guilt.
Outside lives a guy with goals and aspirations,
Yet inside lives a guy lost in confusion.

What you see on the outside is my personal disguise,
What hides underneath you can't even begin to imagine

Alone

You smile and laugh
And all seems well,
Until you wave goodbye,
Shut the door,
And drop the charade.
Your smile dies,
Laughter ceases,
And straight upstairs you sleepwalk,
Your eyes foggy and detattched.
Unconsciously pacing,
Thinking of it all;
Everything you want to let out
But can't.
Things you disagree with
But can't be against it out loud.
The things you feel
But can't be known to others.
They all bounce and collide with each other in your head,
Fighting to be thought about.
Dying to have their conflict resolved,
Or at least talked about.
But you don't,
You can't.
These things are secret.
The pain of them must be hidden,
The screams muffled.
The tears held in.
The feelings bottled up.
All of it is necessary
For people not to question you.
Though secretly,
Deep down at the darkest
Most forgotten parts of your soul,
You might secretly want to let it all out.
To have someone listen,
To have someone care,
To have someone make it better,
Make all your hidden pain go away.
Make all your cuts heal...
But you are the way you are,
People look at you differently
And choose to walk away…

Loneliness!

Oh! that deserted space, that is left behind. That expressionless face, made by a wondering mind. Love and joy depart; gone so long ago. Now a sad heart, unfilled, pained and hollow. Fleeted are youthful dreams, time now stands still. Water void crystal streams, thoughts now produce chills. Came from the womb, yet still all alone. Happiness in the tomb; why not this home? Wishing for a friend; company of some sort. One to share/ comprehend, an exchanger of thoughts! I pray for happy, someday, smile on me! For life is empty, as i am lonely!

“Mines to keep.”

“Mines to keep.”

From moments like these
To dreams in my sleep.
Tears you make me weep
Even this life you made so bleak.
To wounds so deep and severed veins that leak.
Are all mines to keep…

a horrible dream and beautiful reality

In a questioning dream
the darkness swallows my soul
i see her standing there among other children
terrified and so forlorn
my little baby
my angel, world and the sunshine that lights my day
Tears pour down her face as she questions why to the shadowed man
why he holds the line there
uncertain i try to lurch forward
i NEED to protect me baby
but am held by invisable ropes
Helpless i watch the shadowed man
he steps forward
touches a hand to her fae
I scream STOP
but my cries are scattered to the winds
than the unthinkable happens
BANG
My heart stops and my binds released
I fall to the ground beside my precious girl
screaming for her to wake
her beautiful honey eyes shall never see mine again
her laughter shall never brighten my day
never again will i wipe fingerprints from surfaces
my baby
my world
my light
I wake in a cold sweat
bolting up into the night
i race from my bed and into her room
not bothering to stop before bouncing onto her bed
she is alright, startled but alright
by now she is used to this
a tiny hand raises up to me
"It will be alright." She whispers as i cuddle beind her protectifully
And fade into the still night.

Time

Time
through my fingers slips
like trickling water
gathering momentum
suddenly it flows
so quick
where has it gone
Time

O' How I Miss You

Open my eyes, an hour has gone by.

Sun goes down. Call your name.

See my breath, an hour goes by.

It's cold outside.

Touch your face, shed a tear.

It's only been a year.

Close my eyes, hear your voice.

I call your name.

The moon rises above, an hour goes by.

Open my eye's, give you a kiss.

Walk away.

Leaving you behind the gate.

As the moon's light shines on where you lay.

loneliness

A CHILD WITHOUT A MOTHER TO CUDDLE OH SO TIGHT
A DREAM WITHOUT AN ENDING,A DARKNESS IN THE NIGHT
A LONG LONG ROAD TO TRAVEL WITH NO SCENERY IN SIGHT
EVERYTHING IS WRONG,NOTHING SEEMS RIGHT
RAIN FALLING FROM THE ROOF TO THE WOODEN FLOOR BELOW
NO SMOKE COMING FROM THE CHIMMEY.NO FIRE IN THE COAL STOVE
DUST ON THE FAMILY.BIBLE,IRON BEDS TURN TO RUST
THESE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS I SEEN WHEN I WAS JUST A TOT
THE SADNESS AND HARDSHIPS
FOR ME I'VE SEEN ALOT

Sandusky

Well you pervert your time has come.
Your love of little boys all but done
A prison soon you be going
Oh my the imates will have fun
Sandusky I dont feel sorry for you
your the tickle monster thats true
when they slam that cell door
you will be just so blue
what are you going to do
when they come for you
Bet the showers you cant wait
for when the soap is dropped better dive for the floor
just bread and water you be fed
In time you gonna wish you were dead

Melancholia

Total stress
in my duress,
i scream in fury
bring on the jury.

Mental pain
upon my heart is stained.
Drowned in tears-
what do i fear?!
Not trying hard,
no sing the bard.

Weary I stand and
try to hold your hand.
I'm not sure
there is a cure...
but I love you
to my heart always true.
