In a gaze or a sleep,
a piece of me you always keep.
When it comes to you I'm weak.
Trapped in an existence so bleak.
Could you listen to a plea when this weary heart speak?
Place one last kiss on my cheek.
Because i'm wrecked.
No more can be stretched.
Its time to put down your pet.
Do it fast before a second guess cause regret.
They'll sow me up with thread,
after you push me off that ledge.

Lightening flashing ominously in the Window,
Trees swaying violently in the rain and wind,
I hear a knocking at my heart's door, as memories from the past start flooding in.

I think of all the people that have come and gone in my life,
And I remember all of my scars ~ all of the scars I had forgotten,
They burn once more with fury,
The pain is unbearable,....I don't know how much longer I can last.

Why had everything happened as it did,....so unfortunately,
Everyone that had meant anything to me had been pushed away,
Either by myself, or by circumstances uncontrolled,
Maybe my unhappiness, this darkness inside me had done it.

This dakness that stands knocking at my hearts door,....nock,....nock,....nock, it pounds, waiting for me to let it in,
Robed in Black, it's skullen form whispers into my ear, and beckens me to come fourth.

It's time, it says: "It's time to go."

A haunting melody drifts through the dark,
Tugging and pulling at strings in my heart,
As I swing and sway the music abounds,
I see the light but move towards the sound,
Slowly as they lower me into the ground,
I'm going to a better place now,
In the empty black is a beautiful song,
Singing of all the things I've done wrong,
Showing what I'll leave behind,
A sad pathetic twisted life,
A horrid world of broken lies,
Now it's not so cold inside,
In a firey room warm and soothing,
This is the doom of my own choosing,
I go to meet my ultimate end,
Come and dance with my friends...

What have I done??
Why must I pay
for things that
I've not done-no way!
This avalanche of
weighted doom
has locked me in
a small black room.
There are no handles,
doors, or holes-
prolonged detention's
warped my soul.
The jackpot of ill fortune
came
and on the side
it had my name.
The ashes of
the fire left
me burned
and totally bereft.

A little light still
shines inside
after misery's
evil ride.
Do not go out

for what I am is

1. Teenagers let loose in the working world
without morals & supervision,
it's just like walking through A jungle
full of wild animals.

2. Many years ago A friend of mine
had told me A true story that happened
in A Taco Bell Restaurant.

3. He replied, "there were two male teenage kids
working late night shift drive through."
"One car had pulled up 2 order,
teenager had looked out 2 see who it was,
he saw some other teenager, [his high-school co-student]
had his girlfriend in that car."

4. Before they had pulled up 2 the 2nd window,
original teenager of that girlfriend,
he got very furious & said,
"my he friend co-high school student,
he has my girlfriend in his car with him!"

5. He was so furious that teenager
took-off his pants & under-garments climbed
upon the big vat of Taco Bell Beans,
he pottied feces falling into the beans,
then climbed off putting his under-garment
& his pants back-on.

6. Then he mixed the new ingredient
into the huge vat of Taco Bell Beans,
then he sold the new mix to them
before they had reached the 2nd,
Taco Bell Window.

7. This was this High-Schooler's way
of handling A fight over someone else
he saw that had stole his girlfriend from him.

8. Get this: the day manager had left 4 the day
& night,
these 2 teenagers were left 2 manage
the late night drive through by themselves.

9. I'm sick & tired of hearing pastors
& preachers, bishops say:
"Lady, U better find A man that has A job."
A job doesn't make A man A man!"
In this story:
They haven't become adults yet
& their teaching themselves
how 2 make people's health sick.

10. If he didn't know nothing about responsibility
when he goes 2 work he will soon learn that,
he will also learn how 2 budget his finances.
I don't agree with it but I see homeless gentile women
walking the streets with their homeless gentile boyfriends.

11. To raise A family the first thing is to have plenty
of finances & A home 4 your wife & kids.
Some form of transportation
2 go back & forth 2 work & home again.

and dad was spending quality time with her,
24-7, 366-days and nights a year,

12. I knew of several people that had gotten married,
well, it didn't go well after their weddings.
These newly married ladies they weren't ready 4-the bed seen,
as soon as she entered his home hours after the wedding,
these men forced them 2-perform 4-them in the bed.
Guess what happened next?
There were 9 women that had gotten married,
5 of them got divorce papers a day after the wedding
the other four ladies had their newly wedded husbands jailed
on rape charges.

The screaming hoards that invade, trying to be involved
in this history,,...noone cares about you, noone really
cares, everyone is involved in themselves, take that as
true,.... noone cares about you!.

Easy to leave it at that, but you need more, proof that
you have a life worth living.. so...what are they giving?
a promise, never fullfilled?, words?.... angry ways,,,
and you?....who are you?......

I stood at the edge of the cliff top
Watching, waiting as life slipped on by, through
My fingertips, as I stood, mesmerized
By the beautiful sunset in the sky

Captured in these times ahead,
The sunlight beams as the sun has wed,
A new dawn is coming, transferring to the new night
That wanders in, bringing with it
A sense of the blues as the warning spotlight gleams
Through the clouds, searching
For me, for my own stupidity

As I gaze at the scene unfolding below
Nobody knows which way I'm meant to go
It could be Death for its incessant taking
It could be me wondering why I'm here, just waiting
It could be Life for its endless ways of nagging
Frustrating choices are afoot, no way of telling
What's kaput, as the wisdom hails in from the West
On a startling new revelation

I blink, thinking that I'm too late in reminding myself
And preparing my fracture mind for humiliation
Too late in preparing for the powers that be to decide
My fate, needless to say should I now just wait?

I step back, realizing that the choice is within me
The power that I had has gone with the rightousness of the sun
Knowing that the worst is yet to come, as the storm
And I become One, melding and aligning as the rain
My fears becoming tears of what's collected over the years
As the rain pelts, one by one, I'm sure in knowing what I've done
Or was about to do, the momentum hits me deep within
An aching heart, but I'm not here to win

I'm here on this Earth to be loved and to love,
To learn about what's sent from the Universe above
A collective consciousness, not to throw away in a game
Of chance, where entitled wits don't stand a lasting thought
Where none of my enemies end up being caught
And where love prevails the sense of injustice, serving
The beauty of Karma in all its reigning heights, bringing
A new beginning a chapter unravelled, I stretch my fingertips
To grasp out right, as they flow through the words that are typed
Which remain golden

I watch as those golden words dance in front with all possibilities in action too,
a sense of hope fills me and my soul anew
Reality has changed from one stance to another, wherein
The spotlight has gone and I run away from the scene and duck
For cover, my wits are with me now, as the storm passes by
Its gone in an instant with a blink of my eye.

I realize now that the storm wasn't on the outside raging on
But it was more in the mindset, within the realms of this verse
Words that will call out to many that hope to be heard
An emotional battle of self-control it would seem that
Not everything is as it stands in your everlasting dreams

This consciousness knows that to be true
And its only you who can rewrite the future as to how you want it, too
Whether that's by setting up boundaries and holding to your close
The friends and family who you hold dear the most
Those that you count as soul family too will always be with you
Through the hard times and good, they won't leave you stranded
As some folk ordinarily would

Its time to end this poem now for good or for the bad,
Think of the times you shared between the happy and the sad
Be glad of the memories made for all within and involved
May the problems that aren't problems feel as though they've been solved
May resolutions be found and solutions solve what's not been solved,
May you find hope and peace, happinness, within the depth of your soul
May you not wonder about what might have gone wrong
May you find inner freedom within the words that belong

One line to quantify you?, Would it be?, I'm me and I'm glad that I'm not you? Or, I wish I was YOU, thats what I want to be!,,Wow, that could be true, depending on what you see?
