In Your Mind

Darkly, dimly in your mind
I can read the thoughts that haunt you
Terrors that wake you in the night
And leave your sheets asoaking

Your legs tremble as you run in sleep
To escape those terrors in your mind
Yet still they bounce around in there
And peace they will not give you

If I had powers of super kind
Your mind then I could enter
Fight your demons, win the battle
And give you peace forever

survived

I survive the worst and blew it all away,
for i lived when they thought i was to die.
i fought against all odds, and strggled for my life.
while they just stood back and watched as though there was no use.
i showed them not everything ends this way.
as i'm here today.

Tele is his joy his fun

A knock on the door he does not care he ignores them all when the Take away comes he fidgets with joy
Rubs his hands opens his door glides back to his beloved tele sits Down for more

body body body

those curves
those edges
those sharp and sexy eyes

come on over here
you man of men
your touch might make me die

i love to dance
i love to move
i love to laugh and cry

come on over here
you man of men
and be with me tonight

Mirror

Senseless in the sense that I feel hopeless yet I can’t imagine how it feels to be the one that is

Monuments of what I wish I was and images of what I wish I wasn’t

Simplicity is definitely the most complex apprehension that there is

And Flaws are just regiments

Futile in the logic that I feel bleak yet I can’t dream about how it feels to be the one that is

I tell the one that I care about that I may conceive an ailment that is life threatening and a smile lingers on his face

I stop and wonder maybe I am to be a comedy

But the breeze slapped me ridiculously and Heat of anger replaced my sudden thoughts apprehending what the gesture may indicate

Meaningless in the sense that I feel fruitless yet I can’t visualize how it feels to be the one that is

And by my window I am then a smile across my face appears I lift myself up and walk away

A chimera I made it and sound was everything once more.

About this poem:
It is about one that feels pain and sees it in others yet feels it difficult at the same time for the individual to accept it making excuses for the feelings that is present and stating that the issues are nothing as the ones others have to face.

CHILL OUT

in the morning rush
of a daily routine
how neat it is to find
a short few moments
to sit and be still
and simply just unwind
with a music tape
playing softly
maybe in the garden
maybe in a chair
maybe rest your eyes
lighten up your cares
its not easy but
grasp a moment
and simply sigh
PHEW
uncoiling now
from stress and strain
tension and headaches
pouring rain
so take a pew
and when you do
just take a moment
to say
PHEW

In the Arms of Despair

In the arms of despair
Don’t worry shell take good care of me there
Water is running hot and coming in fast
This numbness inside of me will soon pass

Im cradled in her arms on floor
my body spewing her palette of colorless hues
The pied piper is approaching its time to pay my dues
Can you here him calling as he sings a song of forgotten sorrows
She promises me this is my deliverance for there will be no tomorrow

I pray Ill see the light from heavens gates Im sure it will not come
Ive left so much destruction in my path too much to overcome
You had a life envisioned a plan to execute to perfection
Weight that I burden myself with has lead me in a different direction

Im still alive I feel so dazed and lost does she no longer care
I search my mind I search my body for the arms of despair
Has she given up on me as everyone else has already done
Does she not know how much I adore her ,
shes defeated me she has already won

It is not I who needs safe jacket from drowning
Stop kicking that door in
I will find my way back here again and again
I know you are confused, scared and unprepared
Don’t worry Im in the arms of despairs
she always takes good care of me there.

REDEMPTION

Suspended amidst the cobwebs of her tangled mind,
Wincing through her fingertips -
Shattered existence, minced heart, she viewed
Utter despondence, epitomizing yearning...

The wonderment, sheer innocence,
This path surely trodden before -
Veered off amongst ravines, eerie hollows
A panacea, but where?

A rainbow, or merely a mirage?
Entertain the concept of transformation?
Behold, Indeed, the canvas - a lavender hue
HIS sanctified paintbrush lie nestled betwixt the sand...

About this poem:
i composed this poem dedicated to all individuals (both genders) having traveled on, or are currently walking on, the horrific road entitled "Anorexia." My intent is to instill "hope" into their thought patterns...I'm pleading to depend on our Heavenly Father...HE, unlike countless counselors, will bring you into "the LIGHT," so to speak. Allow HIM to do so...sending love...{i am currently at an ideal, healthy weight.}

"Are you really there"

While I speak
You've so much to think.

While I show
You've so much to see.

While I teach
You've already learned it all.

While I do
You've already done.

While I am
You already are.

While you listen
You really don't hear~

" Running "

Oh to run and jump,
but not to fall.

To seek and find,
it is all good.

Just being able to run
and run and run is fun.

Jogging to run and run to
jog. To skip the walk it is,
all about the race.

We are running hurry to seek
and if you are lucky you might
~~ find me running ~~
