Drawing slowly and deeply exalting it's life .
A giving force of exaltation. Breathe a deep sigh giving
Fullness of power and Might. As. Gentle
As a morning doves flight .
A misty stillness lingers throughout the night.
Caressed by its gentle coolness to fufill
Its course in life. A lover's Destiny to embrace life.

Life is so delicate
so absolutely unique
so many walks of life
so many pleasures that you seek
for some tho a different tale
not much fun at all
illness rears its ugly head
no joys to befall
it may come at an early age
and suffer all childhood thru
others get struck down later
when life has its own view
spare a thought for those who seek
a better quality of life
with prayers they reach for the stars
to overcome their strife
this is my prayer ...my word
with ink that flows with love
may your journey be a happy one
guided from above
may the earth abound in all its glory
to help you along the way
to assist you in your healing
one step at a time day after day
may the friends you have show you
what real love is all about
from the depths of their caring
from the humour in their shout
i wish you well like so many do
united we may change
the outcome of your destiny
brave people and their pain.........

My one constant companion,
Throughout my adult life.
But soon to be abandoned,
One dark and dreary night.
Been through almost ev'rything,
Together thick and thin.
I can't begin to tell you,
The places we have been.
I know that I will yearn for,
This friend that I have loved,
Time has come for moving on,
Now push has come to shove.
What must be will be, although,
I'll miss my friend, you bet.
Now at last the time has come,
For my last cigarette.

The pain is now subsiding,
As wine has done its thing.
A gentle fog has settled in,
This sweet relief to bring.
A delicate balance is sought,
Too much brings morning woes.
Not enough means no sleep at all,
Restraint I must impose.
The grape has brought relief again,
My steady, trusted friend.
A temporary, brief solution,
Until my joints can mend.
I'm working on more permanence,
A cure rather than just,
Relief of symptoms, dirty quick.
I feel this is a must.
But until full revovery,
Surcease is what is best.
To get me through another night,
So I can get some rest.

nanoseconds take so long
as years seem to fly away
elated sorrow for times prolong
time is short on this long day
times back then to live forever
we knew no time to waste away
young and innocent of whatsoever
always time for another day
yet now the sun shadows it's dial
the shaded lines moving quicker
could wait for darkened night awhile
as precious lights fade and flicker
a forlorn day is the saddest thing
that i can now imagine possessing
i want all of life that i can wring
no time to squander on ours depressing
so time is now as time allows
can never be known when time is up
carp diem be the mantra to espouse
and drink today a full life's cup

Amidst Innerworld there exists a vast treasure trove of lost wisdom and knowledge. I have had recent excursions away, and though foreign in nature and naivety, nonesthematter, I returned in full plus slight gleanings of insight as to certain mortal health matters. As self containment never could fit me, I shall loosen the self-seal and relieve myself while easing the pressure pushing out on me. 1. should one be impaled by a walrus' tusk, a warm broth of milk and onions shall be spooned between the victims lips and later when sniffing about the wound, should no pungent odor of onions come through, then no vital organs have been pierced. 2. powdered white stone of lime mixed with whale oil is good for blisters and small boils and closes wounds. 3. to cure fever, take milk of a woman with toe-headed boy child at breast, put three drops into a soft-cooked egg, and let a man who never saw the sick one before give it to them to swallow. 4. for upset stomach, boil wormwood in rain water, add vinegar, allow to cool outdoors for a day, then drink it. 5. for warts, spread on a paste made of burned willow bark wet with owl's blood and they disappear. 6. for dogbite, apply hair of the dog to stop the bleeding. 7. cover a burn with hog fat or eggwhites. 8. to keep a baby healthy, give it a bath in fermented cabbage juice. 9. for colic, the mother must cool red-hot iron in water and have the child drink the water. 10. for baldness, rub the scalp with onion juice and pine sap. 11. for cough, a spoonful of tar and a second of boiled honey. 12. if old men eat fennel, they become young. 13. to read the signs of death, put a sick man's spittle upon live coals, if it sticks, he will die, or rub a sick man's feet with swine flesh and throw it to a dog, if the dog eats the meat, the man will recover. So, keep your dogs hungry!

Pms, what an awful thing,
It turns a woman into a screaming banshee.
Once a month, your calm lovely lady,
Turns into a monster, that is totally
Crazy.
No matter what you say, or try to do,
Your lady on PMS won't listen to you.
With a snarl on her face, and an evil grin,
She looks at you, as you lift up her chin...
And just for a second she seems to calm
Down,
As you bend down to kiss her,But she begins to Frown.
Run man run, as fast as you can,
Before she hits you with her frying pan!
(O..O)

The red line deep trailing down the right side in a deep rut.
So deep it touches the soul.
Pain just to move or to talk.
Fear of what others may see when looking.
No covering it must remain visible for all to see.
Questions into my personal space.
Trying to make my dignity erase.
Strength of knowing what will be.
Makes each step easy.
No doubt no hope all in their place.
For this is something time will erase.

About this poem:
I got a boo boo going down the right side of my face. Lucky me no it will not scar. I have good skin as the doctor has always said. But when I go out in public people I do not even know come and ask me questions about is it going to scar. What happened? And I love the ones that tell me it is on my face and it is about four inches long. Ummm think I know that. It now is starting to heal and hurts a little still.

Friends have always been a inspiration to me
I am so very lucky to have friends beautiful like you all
People should never ignore things they should stand for
Fighting corruption for a better future for us all
At last i have got through but sadly it's cost me and my friends life,
I am quite poorly now it's time for me to go
My work is almost done now the days of sadness gone for good
It’s time for Daniel to have his angel and lots of fun
Bless you and everyone always with love and peace

About this poem:
Me and friend Dylan about four years ago was working
rebuilding a barn where asbestos was put into the walls
of the barn without us knowing it's very difficult to believe that
that some members of authority could be this evil
and try and cover there tracks by using others
telling lies they want do this again
Cornish people are proud and stand for what is right

What an interesting fight on the weekend
James Toney versus Couture
Who would of thought that it would happen?
Naturally you would think the boxer has more power
However the skill and use of martial arts
belongs to the MMA person
As it was shown on tv the boxer went down rather quickly
couture went to the mat
he took the boxer down
and started punching him at random
Interesting strategy
the Boxer bragged about his victories
However the boxer was not ready for this match
After three minutes into the first round
Couture had applied the choke hold on Toney
the match was over
