I should clean you more often, so i hear
From the bugs that came out from there, last year.
I should care and tidy, what others don't Got,
I should keep maintaining my fire, so it stays hot.
It should be kept spotless, and not a flaw.
Cause,Under the fridge, is what they saw
Believe me when strangers first arrive,
Their just looking for a puddle, so they can dive.
Come in scrounging for more than a key,
soon enough desperate enough, to drop to their knees,
under the fridge is where they'll Check,
make sure its shiny, not with a single spec.
people like to go around and snoop
Like-wise my dog, in the neighbors chicken coop

I wish I had seen it.
My place is so temporary.
There is a time for speech there is time for silence.
My words there troubled and confused to some of you.
Know what must be done living in a heartless unconnected
physical community is a challenge for sure.
Loosing all good family.
Oh living in Redneck central is such a B*###**

About this poem:
I have been escaping here
and feel I do need to balance it all better
and have good break.
Excuse some dumb comments on beautiful poems.

At Horror Hospital in the Emergency Ward, strange practices are being carried out, like digging for veins to fit canulas, my arm was a victim when it blew up like a balloon and it started to bleed, do they know what they are doing ?. Another situation, why are they starving me when I am diabetic ?. They must know the risks low glycemic levels can cause, though they continue to do this. I personally think they have lost the plot; the ailment I have is a virus so they infuse me with antibiotics which is non effective against this problem, I am not happy about this practice and feel this could have been avoided with tablets. This I feel is incompetence that is why I don't like this hospital as it feels more like a prison sentence.

About this poem:
This poem is based on a true account that I personally experienced, for legal reasons I was unable to mention the actual hospital, so it was given the title Horror Hospital for the poem namesake. Believe me this is real, it's darn real.

Wicked as Wilding
Who only chose
to his
to put
it
he such
alone upon his
milding
O)h I'm strange
truly as you can be
lifting to always
no way to be
such a sleeze
covered on today
washed with yesterday
I'm saved!
Bat all you lonely ones
sleeping on
the wasted sands
weep
that only pure of heart
digs at times
The wealthy minds..
Who shall but hold my hand
Yet one to smile and rest
I lived
he said
For all ribbons
that lay silently
smooth
the righted castles
upon
the bed
of points
my arrow
never felled
to which stage
I felt
So Scared
Yet walked away
no money
to be feared

We show our power
We show our strenght
We use our muscle to fight in
Show our bravery from within
Tough ain't enough
Though how much we show up
When hardest problems sucks
Our minds may be in state of shock
Enjoy life be happy
Don't take it seriously
Our days may end up abruptly
When it will be no one can say.

Thoughts wrap
around life bones
like ligaments
keep the parts in
relation to the whole
supple for flexibility
like tendons
bands of fibrous tissue
connect muscle to bone
carry tensile forces
produce movement, fluid, propel.
Hierarchical structures
difficult to quantify
nonlinear, viscoelastic behavior
difficult to analyze.
Then come you
the fall, hard.
Stretched, twisted, bruised
soft-tissue damage, great
body fluids puddling
mixing with blood.
Breaks are clean
even compound ones
reset and repair
periosteum and
marrow cells
replicate and transform
cohesive strength
returns
good as new
memories not as strong.
Severe soft-tissue damage
where layer upon layer is torn
requires a much longer time
to heal.
***
How is it with injury
one forgets how to move
forward
left and right
down and up
making small adjustments
in the circles of life?
Though exercise is painful
immobilization is the enemy
of healing.
Baby steps, the current goal
moving unassisted in a
straight line, with little pain
no crutch to lean on
moving forward step by step
hoping
tomorrow
there will be dancing.

Tick... Tock... Clicks the clock...
Tock.. Tick.. Lounder it shifts..
Boom. Boom. Reverberations loom.
Bang!Bang! Echoes gang.
BEEP-BEEP! BEEP-BEEP! ~ Snooze hitting sleep...
Lacked by the insomniac greeted by attack,
Chirps roaring wrath while rays rising rend..
In the end,
another sleepless night at the expense of a poem.

Tingling sensation
needles pins,
starts in hand.
The fun begins.
Straight to face all along the arms.
too late,
No warnings
No alarms!
Numbness moves,
cheek lips tongue.
Oh yes!
Oh boy!
We’re gona have fun.
Wish the ground would stop its reeling,
better sit down,
here’s a dizzy feeling,
Can’t keep my breakfast down
It's time for me to stop
moving myself around
Full volume whistle
in one ear,
The lights so loud
It’s getting near.
Not long to go,
before red hot pain
intense, Pound,
Pound,
Pound,
Pound
pounding,
throbbing brain.
Zigzag daggers, flashing lights,
stabs deep inside,
hurts my eye
Blinds my sight.
It would be quite trippy,
if the pain would go away
Now it starts to bashing,
Pounding!
Hammering!
Throbbing,
Crashing,
my heads feels like it’s being smashed in.
over and over,
and over, and over, and over,
over, and over
and over again
There is no way I can win,
I give up!
I quit,
I’m done now!
I Give In!
Can’t take those thermonuclear reactions,
Need dark and silence,
I need no distractions.
No pain if I’m unconscious.
There's no reaction.
There's just no point in using simple medication,
It needs complete sedation, throughout the whole the duration.
Because that’s all you can really do,
when a really bad migraine
really really really
really gets hold of you.

Tear drops in the rain saying Good Bye to all of it,
yet intrigued, leaving at the drop of a heart beat,
not ever looking back but moving forward in haste,
running, stumbling, falling into your arms: I amazed!
How fast it all came to be and yet here I am...lost!?,
my mind wondering what do I miss the most,
trying to remember how life used to be back then,
but now cannot find anything in my memory's den.
Only time will tell if I be able to master the whole of it,
step by step, day by day, slowly but with a steady pace,
walking away finally from my inner past deamons pit,
embracing the light and once more to join the human race.

Memories flash and chime,
the film of reality rewinds,
visions replaying another time,
now questioned, why?
Dwell in hell.
The enternal flame burns bright on the brain,
forever focused forcing emphasis on pain.
Shattered dreams fade,
chipted with baggage and freyed,
-cemented in conrete and layed,
across the brains front page.
When can one move on?
From haunting memories gone.
In time wounds heal -
but not to deal,
with the scars reminding us what is real.
