Blaming Me & You for Letting US Go...

We agreed that it was over, let's move on for gone is gone.
We parted ways we bid goodbyes, I saw you shed tears in those blue dark eyes. I felt the pain concealing it within, I never cried before you but when i'm alone just imagine what's going on.

I blame the part of me for letting you go, I also blame some part of you for letting me go, but we must blame the both of us for letting that love go shattered by hatred and pride I know. I hate to realize how stupid we are for in just a couple of time we traded that long cultivated romance into a messy dying grass.

As I lay my head to rest, I can't help myself recalling your sweet caress. The warm embrace, the fragrant kisses, our silly fights and the making-up I missed them most. With you I once felt the meaning of love and passion, now I am blaming me and blaming you for letting us go...

THE MUSE: EDELWEISS – Poetic Pillars – Monads: The Harp - XXV - This branch

THE MUSE: EDELWEISS – Vol. I
*** Part III: Poetic Pillars – Monads: The Harp ***
[ XXV ]
*** This branch ***

“This tree
Has found
My song; –
Though hid,
Thy nest,
In each
Old branch; -
Bud folds
New leaves; –

*** Root ***

It looks
So stiff, –
As if
My sight
Has lost
- In thoughts;
But light
Keeps tight
Calm rays; –

*** Root ***

My eyes,
- Brown sparks
Of life,
Search deep:
Who lives,
Or dies?!
- This tree,
My branch,
Old leaves – ”

The Dove

Here alone in my bed,
I lay with thoughts inside my head.
Of the day that has just been,
and all the things that I have seen.

Of each mornings crimson rays,
a perfect start to every day,
and all the people I’ve met,
or those I have not met yet.

For if I were to hide away,
and deep within my head play,
I would never get to learn,
and for the past would truly yearn.

I may thinks back to Sliver Fern,
my family that showed true concern.
Event though I’d push them away,
and pay no heed to what they’d say.

They still stand by just awaiting,
for my call to them stating
that I have failed once again,
and in their debt will remain.

But their actions are not meant,
to make me sit back and repent,
for all the things that I have done,
to my Dad and my Mum.

What they’ve done was for one reason,
it wasn’t as an act of treason,
it was meant in peace, like a dove,
as I’m the one they truly love.

4 Seasons In A Day

Days of rapid change
four seasons give a range
Rain hails from dull grey skies
until full summer's high

Confusion, stirring thoughts
of what a season brought
Who can dismiss promises of spring,
when hopes dances and nature sings

As breezes flutter instead of flow
unlike winter, with gale force blow
Spring showers that can sprinkle
speckled sunshine, fades and twinkles

A morning chill, until warm mid-day
when children laugh when at play
Until late afternoon, cooling down
brings bleaker skies, a night is found

We experience, four season in a day
Till summer settled, gifts autumn hay
Herald of season, a winter's scene
Nature splendid, in tones of green.

As we approach, a changing time
Joys of springtime, crossing lines
Hope is welcomed, with open hearts
From nature's creature, as well as plants.

I Cannot - short and sweet version

I cannot
give thanks
unto
The Father
unless
The Mother
is mentioned
Also
There has
to
be
a
Balance.

Belief in fact

We traverse our own realities
Thinking what we like.
We curse the empty heavens
For ignoring all our plight.

Blame springs eternal
It's not you, it's me.
Internal or external;
What we think, we see.

Thankful for the sunrise
Though it burns our eyes,
Grateful for the night
Black across the skies.

A smile from o'er a distance,
Sharing how we feel,
Fractures our existence
With the malice it conceals.

Our lives are just delusion;
Belief built up on fact,
Embracing our confusion,
Supplanting blue for black.

In a world made of opinions:
"For peace we need to fight",
Everything's subjective,
So from darkness . . we make light.

About this poem:
A poem about perspective. Once a group of people believe something, it is near impossible to convince them otherwise. You can present "facts"; they have their own "facts". There is no unalterable way to prove who's right or wrong, because the concept of right and wrong itself is human and flawed. As a result we have "belief", and war over blame and ideology, i.e. :"We believe that it's wrong to kill as X nation does, so we have to kill as many of them as we can". Or executing someone for murder. It's ludicrous.

Just Believe

Things will go wrong from time to time
Those you love will cross the line
You will lose the things you love so much
Yes, sometime lose that loving touch

Just believe, that’s all you need to do
Just believe that God is stood by you
Just believe and never ever give in
Just believe you can and you will win

The sun will shine once more on you
The lies will fade; you’ll see what’s true
Pain will ease and time will heal
Once again you will see what’s real

Just believe, that’s all you need to do
Just believe that God is stood by you
Just believe and never ever give in
Just believe you can and you will win

Love will find you once again
The bad will leave, the good remain
Your heart will beat with joy once more
Find the things worth fighting for

Just believe, that’s all you need to do
Just believe that God is stood by you
Just believe and never ever give in
Just believe you can and you will win

About this poem:
I could not help myself. After receiving about the tenth email today I had to let my humour run loose. One was from a woman from 'England' claiming to have a Phd, yet her english skills were abysmal.
