Healing Hands

The crowd around him press in they did
From near and far they came
To hear this man of whom was said
To have miracle healing hands

A leader, a ruler from synagogue came
On his knees before him fell
My daughter, he begged, near death does she lay
A miracle is what's needed
Please come your hands upon her lay
To save her from death's cruel bony grip

The teacher softly he smiled at him
And slowly rose to his feet
His garments close around him he drew
Come let us go, said he

Around the house so many there
To await the child's outcome
Too late, too late, you are too late
Throughout the crowd the word did spread

But he listened not to them
And slowly raised his hands
Fear not, said he, she is not dead
She merely takes a rest

In the blink of an eye the crowd it changed
And now it angrily roared
Who is he? away with him
Who does he think he is

But he cared not what they thought
Into the house he strode
And there upon a narrow bed
So quietly did she lay

He placed her hand into both of his
And held them tenderly
Arise, arise, little girl arise
These words he spoke to her

The girl off the bed she jumped
And danced around the room
The parents in amazement stood
To see this wondrous sight

Say none of this, he did entreat
As he prepared to leave
With garments tight around him wrapped
Into the crowd he strode

a lover, I am

I am a lover, a friend
and even a confidant

I seek to lessen
that which burdens the world
I hope to live with joy
and strive to understand

I have encountered many a men
but very few I have loved

and so...

unity I promote
peace I encourage
tolerance I pray
and love...

ah.. what is life without it
and so a lover I am

and what a gift..
for all to take.

~~~Forever Friends.~~~
When ever I shrug off this mortal coil,
My broken finger nails to lose their hold,
On pallid brow you'll kiss the embalming oil,
And your warm tears shall ease my parched lips cold.
I wish you to know before I'm lowered to clay,
Our love bond will always remain unbroken,
In life not once did we our souls betray,
Fond words now to remain forever unspoken.
Should ever you feel a breeze upon your face,
I pray you now that 'tis my lonesome breath,
Such haunting wind your figure to embrace,
I beg you think of me ! ...but not my death.
I once thought of you as I kissed a rose,
Oh! How the taste brought you so vividly near,
I cry you do the same, from still repose,
A single dew drop fall....perhaps my tear.
I always shadowed you like valiant Knight.
I'd rip steel doors down with my bare hands,
Should anyone ruffle your hair, or cause you plight,
I'd fight strong to protect each precious strand.
Hold dear in your dreams, memories so pure,
So as to ne'er feel lonely, my beautiful friend,
I would for you this day, death hap'ly endure,
Our love sacrosanct, until worlds end !
You make Cafetwo..
You..my love
are a thousand moments
of joy
The thought of you
are flashes of
lightening
Thrilling my soul..
You my love give
sweetness to this
wine..
You make this boardwalk
cafe come alive with
color..
You my love with your
soft skin..
with the scent of
passion..
Fill the evening
sky with laughter
and music..
You my love have
made it all..
You make us
Cafetwo..
I wish to be...
If I die and come back as anything
I wish to be twinkle in your eyes
when shines as star
where I recognise your desire for me
Burning fire in my spirit
If I die and come back as anything
I wish to be in your charming smile
on thy face
I wish to be
In sweet touch of your hands
where butterflys spread they're delicate wings
when carasing emthy spot on your bed sheet
Seeking me in all corners of your room
I like to be your shadow that walks with you
true dark lonely streets
To be Echos of your shoes steps
making sounds with them
I like to float in bright and sad thoughts
of your private world
where you keep trapped in your head
And when you sit alone on the chair in park
keeping to yourself
watching swans hugging dance on the lake
looking nostalgically in distance
I will be there
in every shiver of your body
that longs for me
as I long for you
in every curve
who calls your name
If I die and come back as anything
I wish to be
In your moving chest when taking
and giving me breath of life
Making myself at home in your biting heart
And in the touch of deepest fullness
I will be reborn milion times again
and again
On your lips
when seeking my
for eternal kiss
where whole universe smiles
with us
Lament Of Yesteryear
Dream your dreams of yesteryear
When you were young and free
Drown your sorrows in your cup
And cry for all that’s been
Let those tears from your eyes
Trickle down your cheeks
As you wail “why, oh why,
Has age crept upon me?”
Forgotten are the things so good
As you wallow in self pity
Then you wonder why no-one cares
Or extends a hand for helping
See things you have instead
Count blessings day by day
Keep it up and what is left
Will not be here tomorrow
I Miss you
I miss you
I miss the hours we would spend talking,
being open and honest and free
I miss how my heart would breath a sigh of
relief because you brought me peace
I miss the feeling of hope and happiness
and how with you I always felt content
I miss you
I miss the hours I would spend lying
by your side tracing the lines upon your skin
I miss the way you held me close enough
to hear your heartbeat, I wish I could hear it again
I miss you
I miss you every minute of everyday
it’s an ache, a sadness, an emptiness
that doesn’t ever go away
I miss you
Taking Back
I glimpsed inside the casket of black
What took me there then took me back
To times not lost, merely hidden in sorrow
My plea for life to once more steal or borrow
To turn back time and halt the clock
To rid the reaper of that foul gloating mock
In my despair I begged you to arise awake
Searching for movement not mine to take
With feet as lead that now lined your tomb
Once more I pleaded for the sanctuary of your womb
Those gentle hands that had caressed my face
Lay cold and motionless under white lace
I see no chariots on that darkened path
Only my black anger covered with misted wrath
Through tears that tasted so acrid and bitter
All was gone scattered like wasted litter
For where you go it is not my time to tread
You wait for me as I no longer hold dread
But as an empty shell I now have to walk alone
As a broken King who has lost he’s throne
I closed my ears to the toll of the final bell
I wish to ride with you again on the carousel
For in my desolation there will be no other
Take me back and with you my loving mother
~I'm a quiet man~
With a whole lot to say
At the bottom of that ballot
Was a box for an X.
Yet you studdered in pen
What you needed to say.
Look around you it's real
Beyond media hype!
Genial circus
With membership growth!
Self imposed blinders
Keeping it calm!
The future is yours
Yet in shadow you lurk!
My God can't you see
What's inside of that train
It keeps passing by
As each ticket is sold!
All future resides on our words being said
Yet, you curl up in a corner ingesting the news!
While it floats on by your reasonable mind.
Diversion attraction call it what you may
You're are part of the price the future must PAY!
About this poem:
What say you to this!I believe most people will shy away from a reply here, because of being afraid to speak out against what's in front of them. So it go'es to show that fear tactics work. I believe I'm here for a reason, not too sure what that reason is, but I'll not let fear interupt what I feel needs to be said.
