Like all things it's everything in moderation but then again caffeine isn't just in coffee.

I'm a tea gal..In saying that I sometimes have a very weak milky coffee once a month..In saying that I haven't had a very weak milky coffee for about six months..I should check my little jar of Moccona to make sure the use by date hasn't expired
I love coffee. And I drink at least few different types during the day. Tea and coffee don't differ much in the amount of caffeine they contain. Unless it's a herbal tea and not the flavoured black one. I'd say I have five to six cups of coffee a day, half of them decaf. And mind you, the size matters too. Double espresso cup works well.
It depends on many factors as caffeine doesn't always affect me the same every time. Not needed for mornings, it's best in the afternoon. That way I don't feel my energy drop at 5pm.
