You would of course know this more than I being an American, but as you said Obama has much work to so on the Health System as 50 people dying a day is unacceptable, and he is. We are so fortunate here in Australia, our health system is poor against our own standards, but internationally we have one of the best. Our health care is free, but however there is a shift towards private care. Maybe it is much harder in America as we have such a small population, but at least Obama is at least proactive and the changes have been seen in our media. I have seen this on the independent stations as they cut out the rhetoric and propaganda and have a bit more balanced view.

Even in June it is only going to be a 3 day visit. Everything is rushed in a 3 day visit. Not to mention what might fall on his desk in June. And who knows what that could be?
Still wish to tell me he did not know about the Indonesian terrorist arrests? But some good investigation work can find out when the Indonesian gov't gave word of the arrests to the American gov't, since Americans were specific targets in it.

That is why Hillary Clinton has been 'pleading' with the Chinese gov't to make and continue the loans. She is Obama Sect't of State, not GWB's Condi Rice. The Chinese loans were done by the Obama administration.
Two wars? Iraq had its security protocol in place when Obama took over. The end game was in sight there. Assuming Obama could or would stay the course. All he has to do is a phased withdrawal from Iraq.
He has Afghanistan that has a resurged Taliban to deal with. That I agree is problematic. But you have to wish to go were they are.
Carry the fight to them. They are not in Kandahar or other Afghan cities. They might visit them for supplies or attacks.....but they

The director of the Congressional Budget Office said Tuesday that the health care reform legislation would cost, over the next ten years, $115 billion more than previously thought, bringing the total cost to more than $1 trillion.
The revised figure is due to estimated costs to federal agencies to implement the new health care reform bill – such as administrative expenses for the Internal Revenue Services and the Department of Health and Human Services -- and the costs for a "variety of grant and other program spending for which specified funding levels for one or more years are provided in the act."
CBO had originally estimated that the health care reform bill would result in a net reduction in federal deficits of $143 billion .......................................

Dude wants to be a Judge in the Hague. He just saw President Obama nominate a woman that zero Bench time to be a Justice on the Supreme Court. Now if this was not a life time appointment, it would not be so bad. But it is a lifetime appointment. So he figures he can go from mental health services to a high court position as well.
But when considers the appointment just slap on face to entire FED Judicial branch of gov't.....Judges that have spent their lifetime on bench waiting for a possible appointment to the Supreme Court. I admire Australia and was very happy when Howard after too many years on power were sent out of power because of Austrailian,s voted him and his folks out of for sure and even from the parliment
I was in Sydney during Howard and enjoyed the travel a lot but still heard a lot regarding his policies from folks who were not too satisfied with the situation. I certaily hope that things are going more smoothly today and your fabulous country is doing even better...
Yeah... being able to have a life with a feeling of more security because of free health care is a great happiness and some thing all human beings should demand as one of the very important human rights in my mind and as I have told in here many times before... in countries with universal health care even there are some problms but still... no right winged no matter who and so on will not be able to make majority of people voting that universal health care, out and this fact alone is a true punch in the very nose of the whole propoganda BS of republican party in America and their different kinds of arguments against universal health care.
When we all saying Yes to carry the burden of the Weak and Ill... then the whole society will become a much better place for us all and Selfishness and allowing it becoming the main engine of a soceity will always go too wrong... Exactly as it happened during the Bushney,s in America.

Nah TT... just teased you... Indonesia is sure a beautiful country to visit I assume but there are better places to visit right now and try Costa Rica or Jamica or some thing instead. The director of the Congressional Budget Office said Tuesday that the health care reform legislation would cost, over the next ten years, $115 billion more than previously thought, bringing the total cost to more than $1 trillion.
The revised figure is due to estimated costs to federal agencies to implement the new health care reform bill – such as administrative expenses for the Internal Revenue Services and the Department of Health and Human Services -- and the costs for a "variety of grant and other program spending for which specified funding levels for one or more years are provided in the act."
CBO had originally estimated that the health care reform bill would result in a net reduction in federal deficits of $143 billion .......................................

I have to believe that America is a society that loves to be punished. Only a week ago....these were the same the had messed
up the country in economic crisis...and took the bialouts from the
FED gov't.
But they can a write a pretty good check. So in weeks time....all is forgiven by both sides. Pres O can slap them in future. And they can bite off a bit more American tax payer money. Go ahead and slap me if you got a several billion to hand me. And I will be happy to slap you, if you can me write a donation check worth more than most cars.
Amazingly the left liberals of the DEM party can do a great emotional and ethical game of twister here. They can in one hand condemn money and profit making and other hand slip $50,000 donation checks in their back pockets. Right hand to red and left foot to white and left to blue........
