de vander Sloot resurface in the news, 5 years to the day of the
Natalie Holloway disappearance and likely murder. This time with pretty solid evidence to his participation in another murder.

A Peruvian woman was found murdered in his room after they had spent an evening in a local casino. If it sounds like a sad remake of the Holloway case....then you are reading it right.

vander Sloot has now skipped the country and seems headed to Chile, were they are searching for him.

So why post about it here?

There has been growing evidence including a taped confession to his murdering Holloway. There is no statutes of limitation to murder. Holloway case is still open here. But a cold case file.

Perhaps with evidence at the Peruvian crime scene will show more connection to the Holloway case. Pyscho murders have strange habits.

The question is will the Obama administration and AG Holder will press the Peruvian government to see that evidence? If so and there is some that further connects vander Sloot to Holloway, will they press Dutch authorities in Aruba to reopen the case against vander Sloot? Why do this?

Well if vander Sloot can be convicted not on one murder charge but on two...much easier to press and get the death sentence.

But for the Obama administration this has all sorts of
land mines. vander Sloot's father was high in the Aruba legal system. The Dutch gov't got involved in a investigation that
did a white wash on his involvement. And it was just a little
rich white girl that was murdered in Aruba.

Yet the Obama administration is standing for a unfenced AZ while 600 miles of other states are fenced. There is certainly racial elements to the positions being taken on the AZ immigration law.

States like CA...were the racial mix is more balanced black, whites, and hispanic. TX .....were the racial mix is balanced between white and hispanics. CA and TX have fences along the border.

With death of a hispanic Peruvian woman, even the vander Sloot/Holloway case takes on a racial element. While from the far left, cries of racial profiling to AZ immigration law can be heard.
One would think that at this point, those cries might be for justice for both of the these young women likely murdered by a white man, vander Sloot. Only the Obama administration may not have any desire to tread the land mines for white and hispanic women that were murdered.

So let me explain quid pro qou to you, Dude. Explain why it is criminal act in this political context.

See the primaries are the way the people of a state select the best canidate for them to represent them in Washington. So the idea is you can many qualtified person from any of the parties running. Then the people pick the one that is best suit ed to them.

Only when the White House uses job offers to pulls canidates from primary races....it screws the concept all up. Then the canidate is not being selected by the people of the state....rather he/she is
being selected by the White House. He/She then is not holden to the people of the state for the position, but rather the White House.

What Obama ..or should I say his aids.....that say he does not have anything to do with this....even though former Pres. Clinton is involved....if you think that only aid level would get Clinton involved in quid pro qou offers....then I got land east of KSC to talk about to you. But each time they do one of these quid pro qou deals....a political machine is made in Washington. A Obama Machine....just like Chicago.

With the political advisors Obama has around him, I find it impossible, that they did no understand the law. That does not matter....'ignorance of the law is not a defense'.

Now they are doing a tap dance..saying others wanted to do it in the past....and.....it is the way to keep a party straight. They are right on the last part. It mean the entire DEM party could be

I had a interesting experience at the reference section of our local library yesterday. In every reference section of every library in the country, is a government publication called the "Federal Government Manual".

The Manual is a about 400 pages in length and has all the contact info, charters missions statement of the agencies, and is published for each new government. Obama's was finally put on the shelves.I have waiting to to see how much new big gov't we have.

With a 2.5 time increase in Federal Gov't spending, I was thinking that this publication would go from 400 pages to 1000 or more. But no such luck, indeed was 20 pages short of GWB's Manual.

The Manual is the one document that has the beuacractic organizational charts of the Federal government in it. As we all know the beuacricracy is the 4th part of our Federal Government.
It was not mentioned as one of the three major parts, but over time
has become entrenched as the way life and government is in Washington, as we know it.

So with this 2.5 time increase in spending, I was expecting to see organization charts that are like those accrodian X-Mas cards or birth day cards you get. The ones that pop out at you when opened.
Not so.

I was surprised to open the Manual to the Health and Human Service Agency organization chart....and see a near identical chart as to what GWB had. Is so close, I went and found the still shelved GWB manual, and compared the two. Obama's organziation HHS chart was a photo copy. So was DoD, State, Treasury, Commerce, Transportation, Energy.....they were all copies of the earlier organizational charts that had been made for GWB government.

This were hope and change, a new way of doing business in Washington, fixing a broken Washington, and my favorite..bringing Washington under control were to happen. Assuming the Obama campaign promises had any value or worth.

Yet we have GWB gov't...at least in its organizational charts....are exactly the same in Obama Federal Government Manual.

So how can the same size agencies and managed agencies handle a 2.5 time increase in funding? Do all this regulating of banks and other American financial institution? Do a vastly expanded health
care system for all 304m million Americans?

They cannot.

It is that simple. GWB was running a pretty tight ship. His staffing level for a Federal Government was pretty bare bones.
Only DoD that was running two wars got major increases in executive staffing during the GWB years.

So now Obama wants us to believe that his big government and 2.5 spending can be done in a fiscal responsible way by a the same gov't? When he promised hope and change to government? No way, hose'. It is as simple as that.

Either one of two things is going on. Either Obama has hidden government within the existing government. One that is not transperant and one that is not in these public organizational charts. But expand the Federal government to handle the 2.5 time increase in spending.

OR

Obama (and his Chicago political machine) is siffoning off billions from the Federal Government agency budgets, because the agency and accounting agencies are so understaffed and overloaded, they cannot account it.

Maybe both of them combined.

Hidden governments are not unknown. Nor is government corruption that take billions of tax payers dollars into pockets of leaders and the inside group. If one compares the two most recent Federal Government Manuals.......one gets a idea that this is what is happening today in America.

I will give you a fair chance, Dude? When GWB and his kind of Gov't were the part of the work of the darkness.....and Obama was going to the change gov't for the better.....how do you explain the identical organizational charts of the two governments?

With only 41,000 jobs created in May (April had been 410,000), the unemployment rate is expected to just under 10%. Stocks fell with
the news and economist around the country are scratching their heads....wondering why the TARPII is turning into the DRIPII.

Surely those Chicago University Business School economists had all the answers for a turn around. if given billions to play with. They got the billions, the American people got the unemployment. In Chicago political machine thinking that is how things work. We get the money, you get axe. You, to get the money, you need to part of our coffee clutch group within the Chicago political machine.

Outsiders are seldom asked in. If this reminds one of other past Chicago organizations and their historical makeup.....well is the Chicago model for most everything done.

When added to a healthy case of quid pro qou..... it means to us outsiders... that a political machine is a coming to a capitol city near us in the near future. With faceless name men that do the White House bidding over any and all. Tell President Clinton no to a pro quid deal on a second term elections, and Bill Ayers or like will send you a package in the mail.

How ruthless this machine will be is anyones guess. But with union friends, black panther friends, CIA friends, FBI friends, Russian friends, Red Chinese Friends, Islamic friends, Border crossing friends, and all of the US Military and their expertise as friends....this is one political machine with a lot of potential for harm. I wonder why President Clinton would break quid pro qou law, he knows only to well. I think that now, I know why.

The people wanted Obama and they got him. In doing so, they also got all his friends.

But it is not like we did not tell them............

So Dude tell us who do you think would have been better at solving the BP oil crisis? Obama or McCain?

with a 30 year Naval Aviation career and 20 in the Senate?

One of the reasons that Obama has left this in the hands of BP,
is he simply does not have any experience or a knowledge base to draw on to solve the problem. McCain knows more about vessels, aircraft, submersible, underwater vehicle in his little pickie finger than Obama knows in his entire body.

And all of those today are being used in the Control effort on the
Gulf.

McCain would in these getting innovative ideas to solve this crisis,
not just from the present active military and coast guard......but from 2 generation of military naval that have served with him and his father.

Obama brought Cameron.....producer of the movie Avatar into the solution mix.

It is a good movie, but does not come close to what expertise McCain could have brought to this crisis.

To be honest you Dude. Likely those military men are giving their expertise to this crisis. They love their country and do see this as a battle between nature and man. One with a very limit amount of time, before man loses.

But there is the difference between going thru formal channels on your idea and picking up the phone and calling the President with it. Right now, we are going thru formal channels with Obama in
office. Political correctness and all that.

I also know Obama tells us...'I have some of the worlds fore most authorities working for problem for solutions'. Would it be to much to ask for a list of those world's fore most authorities from him? Mr. Transperancy has gotten very secretive to whom is working this.

But I also think that is the other difference here. We see this as a battle. American lives and business are being destroyed. I know BP will pay for everything and tomorrow will be just as good as yesterday.....except the shell fish and fish populations in the region will much smaller than yesterday. There will not be as many water foul flying.

For 46 days, Obama did not treat this like a battle. He was kind enough to let BP control the responses. It was not a fight of survival to him. BP has all the money in the world, even today
Obama is more concerned about the size of the BP dividend payments than he is about that battle of survival.

The reason he was 'non involved'...his past experience and knowledge base....he had to trust the experts of BP and those that he could find. McCain was not in that situation on this. McCain
might have said....gee we have 5 Countries with Navy ability to go to 5000 feet down with their UVA in world. My contacts with them is so good from past Navy experiences.....I will make a telephone call see if I can get one to visit our Gulf coast for a time.
