I saying that some people knew someone was dangerous but because the police didn't have the proof to back it up, they just had to release them.
If there is a qualified professional that does see someone as dangerous, it should be taken serious and not let them run around free until they find them over a corpse.
Hiya Map, my 2 long-term exes had light brownish hair and light eyes like me and we also had the same background.
This time round we don't look anything alike, don't have the same background - but I have noticed that we often think the same and see things in a similar fashion. Makes things between us very easy.
I think you have to be open to the possibilities and give things a chance (e. g. socialising and not just sitting at home on your own), but I always found someone "on the hunt" off putting. I don't know what people mean with "true love" - love is love methinks and it usually takes time to built up between 2 people.
I wasn't looking when I met my boyfriend. I was out meeting people, chatting and being social. Go out and talk to people Non.
Important is that you meet someone you like with similar values and plans for the future. He can well be a Western guy, just don't disregard a good man because of his nationality. Be careful of Western guys meeting lots of girls from dating websites and not being respectful. Getting drunk on a date and you having to see him home instead of the other way round isn't considerate nor respectful.
Basically Molly nailed it all - be clear with what you want, if you are looking for a relationship, say so. If you are on here to date, "friends" could give the impression of looking for something like FWB.
No lol's
Is there something that is important to you in someone's character - a woman might relate to what you are looking for.
Everyone has their preferences, but be realistic to what might work. The guys you met via internet dating don't exactly sound like husband material - you mentioned on the forum that someone hit you, this one got drunk...
Are there organisations that have events you could go to meet people?
He went on a date with you and got that drunk? He could have stayed sober on a first date!
As to why it is hard to find someone good via online dating - to be brutally honest, people that have choices can meet someone in RL. I can only talk about locals, but I found they were either only looking for legovers or couldn't meet someone in RL (with few exceptions). Meet someone "naturally" through friends or social activities, at least you can get to know a person beforehand.
Hi Non, I have seen lots of these small places being featured on FB and other places. These are places for one person only...
I do get that a small place is only what someone needs or can afford, but I'm thinking of the social aspect.
Some of these houses are so small, you couldn't even have friends visiting you or people staying with you for the night. I do find that unsocial and how much woulda small house like that contribute to isolation?
I have enough place to have friends over and sit around a table and being able to house my family when they are over - and I do find that important.
There are lots of mergers in the business, Alltech is the 5th biggest company in that area, the only one privately owned & bought 14 companies since 2011. Bayer & Monsanto are bigger players but has a different product offering.
You are right Red. Legislation & what actually is good for animals & crops - recommendations from official bodies change every couple of years. Glyphosate was deemed harmless for many years (think is on the market for 40 years ). Realistically no one knows yet if GM will be a curse or a blessing.
If I would know someone sells homegrown stuff from their own garden in a responsible way, I would buy it Seri.
Went to see an organic farm that sold eggs, having all the hens outside, a transportable hen house for the night and access to fresh water with vinegar against parasites - they knew what they were doing, I think you need to know proper nutrition and taking care of them in regards to parasites etc., otherwise people could get sick and that would be a disaster for the whole sector...
I have a (farmer) friend and I do get my eggs from him from time to time (if I buy in the supermarket, I buy organic).
Don't shoot the messenger Seri, I know someone that works in one of the certification bodies and they are doing a lot to encourage and built up organic farming in Ireland. I don't know the exact amount to pay to be a member of an organic organisation, but it was manageable for a farm as far as I can remember. Would you need one to sell your own products?
Didn't know about the chicken. Problem is some idiots that don't know anything about chicken or how to keep them healthy have probably caused problems in the past and that's why you need a certification these days. Same with pigs btw., even farmers need a cert if they want to keep them.
Seri, if a farm wants to change their production to organic in Ireland, it takes 5 years before they are a certified organic farm - that does include everything - seed, production methods, fertilizer use. Farms with animal are only allowed to feed organic produce, also the amount of feed that can be bought in as supposed to homegrown is limited.
The consumer can make a choice, but if people are willing to pay €2.50 for a whole chicken or 10 cent for a yogurt, they shouldn't be wondering why local/EU farmers are going bankrupt and we get food in from the other side of the world. Some consumers don't care and a lot are not informed enough, but then, it is up to everyone else to get information about what they eat.
