I don't like everyone and I don't expect everyone to like me. I have no problems getting on with good people but can give others a berth without any problems.
To support oneself, most people must work. Spending a huge amount of your day (and life) in a job, make sure it is something you like, that interests you and that can afford you a decent lifestyle.
My preference for the other half is active and someone that looks after himself. I'm not overly mad about someone extremely skinny, but if I like someone, weight (within reason and as long as healthy) is not that important to me.
Are you willing to to marry someone, go through the visa programme to get her to your country and live with someone from a different culture, language and qualifications that mightn't be recognised and can't work?
Yes, it can be done and it has worked for others.
Before you get someone's hopes up, Just be sure and upfront what you want.
RE: Aging Gracefully
Life isn’t always a party, but when something in my life is bad, I’ll work on changing it.It’s your life, do what makes you happy. If you are stuck in a bad situation, make changes.
You only life once - enjoy!
