cat It is good to get rid of extra stuff you will no longer need...I just did some spring cleaning...got rid of stuff and aired out my place!!...It is sad you cannot take all of your pets but I am glad that your friend will look after your dogs and cat. You were talking about emigrating?...
mic I live in Vancouver so wreck beach is a nudist beach...well known...but I do not know if clothing is optional at this event...when I was in Thailand the moon parties were popular with the youth...maybe just that...hopefully will not be working that night!!

lind Nice to see you again!!...and a very good topic!! I think too many Americans and Canadians do not eat properly...their waistlines are expanding every year it seems...we need to eat foods we can spell!!...meaning that we do not for the most part, consume foods that are unprocessed...I try o eat raw foods and stay away from sugar...bread I really do like but limit the consumption of...no white bread...that seems to do me well...and feel better too!!...exercise is important as well but as you say you cannot forget about what you eat...
