leah It is hard to think positive when you are depressed...I have to work sometimes in less than desirable circumstances...get together with friends and have fun...create a hobby or interest that keeps you occupied...
For me I am starting a business...I have to do something that lets me be creative and at the same time challenges me...it is kind of exciting as well...focus on what you want to accomplish..set a goal...then follow through...you will be busy and sometimes that is all it takes...
thon That's why youth are having difficulty with their weight...the emphasis on sports is not as important as it was when I was growing up...well that and smoking weed could add the pounds too!!...perhaps we need to spend more time and energy on events for youth that promote sports and recreation...in the end less dollars spent on healthcare...a better future for them!!
cat I met some people like that...instigate trouble but keep their hands clean...I hope karma gets them...but yes guard the mouth and be careful around those you know who pretend to like you...good advice!!
kendall The lords prayer is no longer allowed in public schools...and yes if those who want this as a part of their child's education, then they can choose a religious school...
bajan Nothing beats the smell and feel of books...I prefer this over e-books any day...I enjoy reading Irving and Amy Tan...also like Richler...too many to write down...but love to read about people and their journeys...
