There are currently 120,000 cases per day in USA and 200,000 is not beyond the realm of possibility,despite claims of 'control'. In Australia there are about 20/day - adjust that per capita, then explain the meaning of 'control'

Well in these particular cases the Conservative biases of the bench does not come into play, and the presence of 3 Trump nominated justices is largely irrelevant. Is it an issue of federalism? Are you hoping for another Bush vs Gore?
