RE: WHAT MAKE YOU HAPPY

I am happy regardless of circumstances.

But what brings me joy are little things, like looking at Owen's photos.

I can only blow them things up so much though, they lose too much resolution.

RE: whats that youre eating?

Oh wow, I am loving the sound of that!

I am getting ready to eat a ham steak, a bowl of pineapple, a tossed salad with blue cheese dressing, and a baked sweet potato with just a touch of cinnamon sugar.

RE: Fibromylagia

Please remember that people forget about the interactions that certain homeopathic supplements have with traditional, Dr. prescribed medications, and taking these treatments without first consulting with your Dr. can lead to serious complications.

Many people do not take into account that certain blood pressure, anti-depressants, and other commonly used medications can have serious implications if allowed to interact with these supplements.

RE: Can we can handle the truth ?

None of the above.

Most I have lied about is how much I paid for a Birthday gift.

Hello, you have reached Dr. Steven _______.
I am a medical Dr., but you have reached my home phone.
If you are calling for medical advice of any kind, including
but not limited to colds and viruses, physical ailments of any kind,
or you did something stupid to yourself, please talk with your
own physician or see your nearest emergency room.

I do not give free advice. If this is not a medical emergency, and you are
not an attorney, please leave your name, and your number and I will
return your call when it is a most convenient time for ME to do so.

RE: Fave horror/gore movies???

Return of th eLiving Dead I think.....I laughed my butt off during it....

When the guys are in the science warehouse and the half cut section of the dog starts barking, and the cadaver starts jumping around inside the freezer I almost peed my pants.

when the guy stuffs a screwdriver through the zombie's decapitated head and the head says, "Get that damn screwdriver out of my head" I almost fell out of my chair.

RE: Write something you do very well

I usually let the nurses handle the shots. I usually just handle the IVs if the paramedics don't have one in them when they come in already.

I have given some to people who were almost as big as horses, but never a horse himself. That would be a trick.

RE: Write something you do very well

Intravenous Injections (IVs)

I suck at re-setting a dislocation though.

RE: KISS OR PASS THE GAME PART 178 :)

Hmmmm.....let me think on this one.

kiss

RE: Going under.

While I am not an anesthesiologist, I can tell you that there are risks with anesthesiology as with any surgical procedure. What I can tell you is that, depending on what kind of knee surgery you are having, you may be unprepared for the level of pain you are going to receive.

If for example you are receiving an arthroscopy, a local anesthetic may be ok. If however you are having a ligament repaired, or a knee replacement, I would really talk with your orthopedic surgeon about your concerns and see if there is a viable option for you. I really know of very few surgeons that will open a patient without general anesthesia, except of course OBs and Neuros who do it all the time.

RE: Do You Respect "Death"

Death is as much a part of living as life itself.

It is a shame that people don't prepare for death.

They prepare for earthquakes, tornadoes, fires, financial disaster, retirement, education, but they don't prepare for the one thing that is a sure thing for everyone.

RE: In total shock & disbelief

Sorry to hear Owen. Will be thinking about you today.

I am not surprised as much anymore by people in their 40s having heart trouble and even dying from it. Most of the folks I see have no idea what the years of fast food and sedentary lifestyles have done to their hearts. It is not very often now that I see someone in their 40s that don't have at least 10 more years on their hearts.

RE: whats that youre eating?

rolling on the floor laughing

RE: What´s it like where you are?

hey sweet, that icon makes your crotch look like it is on fire.

RE: whats that youre eating?

Hungry for what? banana

RE: What´s it like where you are?

Not a cloud in the sky. I haven't been outside, I suspect it is about 90 degrees. I will definitely miss the weather in SoCal when I go.

RE: What´s it like where you are?

Blinds over the windows.....I have to have good blinds because I sleep during the day most of the time and the light drives me nuts.

Vampire I tell you.

RE: What´s it like where you are?

It is warm, moist, and buttery.

sorry, I was talking about my potato.

I haven;t even looked outside yet. After the night I had, I am hiding out.

RE: whats that youre eating?

Hey, I make a wicked salad with Ramen, sunflower seeds, broccoli, green onion, tomatoes, sugar, and a few other things I can't remember at the moment.

Ramen is great - but a no no if you have high BP.
