I was not under a large amount of stress, quite the contrary. However, I was recovering from a back surgery and I pushed to recover to quick I suspect.
I don't know that there is any clinical evidence to point to stress as a cause of cancer. It is not how the disease operates.
However, there are tons of other conditions that stress can cause.
It is amazing that I had probably been to a doctor 2 or 3 times in my whole life and now I had the back injury and subsequent head traumas this year.
As someone who has drawn his firearm to save his life, I can say without a doubt that I believe we should be able to arm ourself.
This is a video I saw this week that is a prime example. Once you get past the first couple of minutes where he is giving details in minutia, you see that this 70 year old man would be dead had he not had his weapon.
I am still around, just laying low. Have started work in addition to my therapy. I am working part time as a supplement to 2 other docs in a low income clinic. It is a perfect fit for me as they are allowing me to work when and how I want, just to help take some of the work load off the other 2.
They are working around my rehab schedule and are paying me well - especially for the amount of hours I am putting in which equals about 25 hours per week.
This post is so wrong. Yes they were saudis, but they were trained in camps in Afghanistan. Al Qaeda was based in Afghanistan and the Taliban supported their work. When asked to give them up the Taliban refused. Therefore we went to war with Afghanistan.
GWB didn't start the war with Iraq, Sodamn Insane started the war when he invaded Kuwait. George Bush Sr. stopped the push to Baghdad because they surrendered, but they never kept their end of the surrender. GWB returned to the original state of War after Sodamn Insane refused to comply with 14 U.N. Resolutions and terms of surrender.
thanks again for the words of encouragement. I spent this past weekend back in the hospital after my blood pressure spiked. We didn't see any additional bleeds.
I started back at therapy yesterday. have a headache today again which is always a concern.
hello all. I was having a horrible headache on Wednesday of last week. I finally went back in to the hospital and found I had a subdural hematoma. Not fun. I got back out this morning after having more surgery to relieve the swelling.
Progress
I can write, but I sound like I am drunk when I talk. Big time.I have even had some waitresses comment about it. I had to explain to them that the scars in my head, under my hat, were why I sounded drunk.
