Stayed in a really remote hotel there...it was priceless...kinda like Fawlty Towers meets the 1950's
Really nice management...manager was chief cook and bottle washer lol...left our breakfast ready cos he knew we did not get up to early..but it was so remote, had to drink there cos could not get to anywhere else..great craic...cant remember the name of it

Might actually look into doing that.Bundoran might be better for a Party as there are more hotels there and more stuff going on. I prefer Ballyshannon but it is only 4 miles to Bundoran.

Achill is lovely, was there for the first time this year...need a few more taxis there though lol...let me kill a peaceful beautiful place by demanding traffic

Yeah, the scenery in these here parts is great too. I am very near to Rossnowlagh Beach and it is fantastic.
Do you ever go to Mullaghmore? It is gorgeous, I think so anyway.

Have to say I only moved to Ballyshannon a couple of years ago and I love it. I dont know a lot of people but the neighbours are really friendly and helpful. Very Friendly place

Well I think he should just leg it and enjoy whatever time he has but maybe work keeps his mind off his health issues.
I have to say that I was disgusted at TV3 rushing to run this story. I think it was pretty inhumane of them to put a time limit on broadcasting it. I think every one deserves time to break news like this to their friends and family in private and at their own pace. Andrew Hanlon it would appear has no morals JMO

Just joking...no offense to those that are fans of marriage
Anyway keep us informed of your holidays. I stayed in Protaras. I found it to be nice and not too mental. I just wanted a chill out relaxing holiday not a mad party. I actually met a load of people from Wexford there and had some craic with them.
