A man goes to bed one night and falls asleep. The next thing he knows, he is standing at the gates of heaven with St. Peter. He says "where am I?" St Peter replies "you died and you are at the gates of heaven. The man replied "omg no, I can't be dead, I got so much left to do. Can you please send me back to finish my life's work. St. Peter says "I can send you back but there is a catch, you must be sent back as a chicken. The man says "well, I'll find a way to get things done even as a chicken" so he agrees.

Next thing the man knows, he is in a farmers field as a chicken. The man thinks "well this isn't quite as bad as I thought it would be" so he mingles with the other chickens. After a while, he feels that strange feeling in his stomach, he asks the other chickens what was going on. They explained to him that he is ready to lay a egg so they tell him to just gently push and it will come out so the man pushes and sure enough, he lays an egg. The man feels another strange feeling so he pushes again to lay the second egg when all of a sudden he is slapped in the face by his wife who says "wake up you god damn old fool, your shitting in the bed!"

If I go to read something that is a bit of a long read and I see there are no paragraphs I usually can't or simply won't read it. However I do not think less of the author I just figure I'm cranky.

I enjoy a you tube video by Steve who teaches me a lot of unknown stuff. Often he adddresses his viewers because he gets so many comments, One day he was thanking his viewers and wanted to explain if someone has a question embedded in their comment to please use paragraph breaks, then goes on to explain why.

I'm not remembering his "why" so much now but I am remembering how often I've been annoyed at a written column without those breaks, I giggled. I've actually become blind to the particular authors on whatever site I'm on - if they write like that my mind doesn't even acknowledge them. There is no need to tattle or vent on them to see if anyone agrees or not. I simply don't care what anyone else thinks with the exception of those that I respect let's say my son. I care what he thinks because I respect the hell out of him. We don't always agree with each other and can laugh about it.

Without paragraph breaks I get the feeling of droning on and on like a nagging spouse. I just want you all to know that men nag too, not just wives. My last ex taught me that, I pity the spouse that is married to a nag.

I Received mine on Feb 22. Not as good as I expected but the video resolution and emersion are fantastic. hard to stop play. Spectacular graphics in GT7, RE Village or Horizon call of the Mountain. Anyone else want to share their experience(s) with it.

This is just a no holds bar post!

Dad turns 92 tomorrow so the siblings, my daughter and myself will all take food over and celebrate an event that Dad will forget 10 minutes after it is over. We all will remember! Mom has gained 15 pounds since Dad has been home, she went from 80 to 95 poounds, that's great news but she is still very tiny and fragile. Dad has shingles and that sucks.

Several weeks ago my cousin's 66 year old wife suddenly passed away. The funeral homes are still backed up and we can't attend the Memorial until this Sat.

Within the last two weeks my sister-in-law told me her Brother in Seattle went to the hosiptal with covid. A few days later he was put on a vent and then proceeded to die a couple of days ago. Coordinating the funeral in Seattle for family to come from South Dakota, Florida and Texas has proven to be a challenge on both ends.

I just found out that FB has a dating app - I signed up for it yesterday. I got a message right away saying to be aware of scammers. Signing up must make a person vulnerabnle because people hit me up so quickly. I deleted most but did find a guy I enjoyed chatting with that lives 45 mins away. The one thing that impressed me with the app is that almost all who contacted me are local or at least they say they are. It is cool to chat with someone about local places which gives me a clue they really are local.

The gentleman I met here on CS and still see on occassion has lived in FL all his life so we get to talk about places and times back in the 50s that we each remember in our town.

So ends my tail - I much rather write about the joys of sex....I mean cooking and recipes.

Kevin McCarthy is the first House of Representitives speaker in US history to be removed following a motion to vacate. Representitives voted 216-210 to remove him a short while ago.

It follows Matt Gaetz threatening him with the loss of his position if he didn't unilaterally (and therefore improperly) open an impeachment inquiry into President Biden and then filing the motion after McCarthy struck an 11th hour deal with Democrats to prevent a government shut down.

The speakership is once again vacant awaiting nominees for the position.

I wonder who wants the job.

“People ask for justice upon the lawlessness of the earth, but most of them partake in crimes, in ways that they don’t even imagine, until they are placed in front of a large mirror to show the facts, the deeds, the actions, the reactions, and then, they start to hate the truth shown plain and clear in front of their eyes, up to the point on which to take anything they can into their hands to break that reflection in thousands of pieces which even more, would show why they deserve such a world in which each of them to reap what they’ve sown. Even more, there is a different Justice, happening all over the earth, who could shock most of those trying to comprehend; that is because it enters in conflict with human ways of life, those things happening does not belong to the world and it is even beyond human capacity of thinking. One can not know and should not dare to find why one is in a wheelchair for life, although did no harm to others around, while those inflicting as much harm as they can to this world, are safe and prospering in madness and evil deeds. It is even harder to comprehend for a common human being why a tyrant is beset on power and under its command a whole city is erased from the map once with thousands of people dead along burnt alive, and nothing seems to count, there is no one to apply a proper punishment for such extreme evil. Quite extraordinary, to even see people complaining of how the elites of this world rule them from the shadow, with their edicts, naming them as psychopathic elements of society, while for these royalty faces they – the accusers – are nothing more than rats, bugs and worms, if not better calling them as worthless, waste of society, ready to crush the heap of ants under their boots, with just an order or a wave of hand. It is the same like tyrants edicts mentioning: you all shall know your place, under the whip or the sword, under the chains or mining a quarry, in a deep dungeon or a pit with garbage, confessing that slaves are as many types as they have been trained since childhood, to serve their purpose. But the angry crowd, pointing out the fingers to their elected leaders, are drawn in a strategy game of world dominion, and slowly by slowly face the times when in order to protest, needs approval, and even that, being counted by a timer; they are to face even worst, coming down the pipe, as whatever the govern will say it is allowed, and when it is permitted, under what terms and conditions, as long as for the parties are secured for the next railway to change and the train move to the next track in tightening the mechanism of ruling state, with new decrees, orders and declarations, with new stamps, signature and deals; and such a world, indeed, who raise monsters so that later be cheered by the crowds under an order, or just the escaping goat ready to face the trial and the sentence, to satisfy the beasts sneaked among the masses, - such a world, indeed, who worship the ego of man, sinking in darkness and evil, in wandering and confusion, in oblivion and ignorance, in lies and deceit!.. EDELWEISS - Vol. I/Chapter I: The ALGORHYTHM

On October 21st, 2021, actor Alec Baldwin while on set for filming of the movie RUST discharges a gun used as a prop. The gun wasn't loaded with a blank, instead it had a real bullet that struck director of photography, Halyna Hutchins and film's director, Joel Souza who was behind Halyna. Hutchins dies and Souza survives.

Opinions of 180 degrees start flying. Some blame Baldwin for not checking the gun. Some say it's handled by specialized film crew, actor's aren't required to check props. On and on we go.

Investigations start coming through and the finger of blame gets rotated a few times a day.
Currently, we are up a few new stories daily (and several re-hashed) about the events leading up to this tragedy.
Search warrants, investigations, lack of safety protocols, previous misfiring incidents, gun practice, empty shells.Filming has ceased, the crew has gone home.
