All the time I see stories on the news about girls who send out naked pictures to their friends on Facebook & snapchat.
Where can I find friends like that?

Yeah I wrote one of these a while ago. Here is another.
In the northern hemisphere, fall is well into session knocking on the doorstep of winter. For some of us, that means more down days and intensified negative feelings. The shorter colder days can have a bad effect on anyone prone to depression and even on some who is not depressed.
I am curios as to how others deal with it. If you know someone, how do they deal with it?
