Welcome to Gippsland
I grew up in the country, and cannot imagine living in a city. I may one day, with my career, be forced to live in the city, but my heart will always remain in the country.I believe in exploring the world around you, enjoying what you have, because who knows what will be there tomorrow?!?
We all remember places in our childhood that have been replaced with housing , with commercial sites... and we accept that it's inevitable.
But occasionally I need to get away from the town I live in, to explore the world around me. For me, these photos simply show you part of what is my backyard. This is Walhalla. The photos I am sharing are from a day I took my daughter on a driving lesson. I chose this location because the road there is windy and therefore dangerous. What better way to learn to drive!?!
But the world is a big place, this is only a small part of it... I am not sure I will ever be able to explore enough, but I am willing to try.

I think maybe those pictures and video clip are reminding me of The TV series Twin peaks.
