My favorite is pad thai with shrimp...just had it the other day...for sweets...nothing beats Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia...cheers!!
Two shrimp favorites....and I have never tried shrimp. I am not a huge seafood fan. Maybe I will have to break out of my comfort zone in that area.
Thanks for the compliment with name...it seemed fitting living in Sparton country....go MSU!
Everything you mentioned sounds just fine to me. Sounds like your dog and I would get in a fight over that steak.
Happy valentine's my friend.

I have what they call a bottomless pit for a stomach!!

Aishaa...like the name...apple pie crunchy? How do you get it crunchy? It sounds good though. :)
SR, I was sitting down last night eating a brownie...lol...hence the blog. If you go out and get some delicious mocha ice cream, the blog was effective.
Happy V-Day to also.
Ang.....I remember when I was about 9 years old making my own chocolate cake from scratch, including the frosting. To this day, that was the best chocolate cake I have ever had. There is something about homemade cooking that cannot be matched by any industrial recipe. I have never had homemade ice cream either. You can tell I lived a deprived life.
How are you Daniel? A bottomless pit you say. I am with you on that. There has to be one food that you absolutely crave? :)
L.I.M., Summer is around the corner and s.r. pie sounds absolutely wonderful. Maybe I should have had some this winter, bring summer in a little quicker. :)
CapNemo...Pumpkin spice cheesecake, I have seen it but have never tried it. The next time I see it, I am going for it.

Swiss Steak,I just take a cube steak coat it with flour, sprinkle on some original Mrs Dash seasoning and melt some butter in a frying pan until it's obviously cooked all the way through.
Then place the steak on a dish.
Then I had some more butter and some flour and make a rue and then I add milk, then whisk it until it's smooth and then let it simmer until it becomes the desired thickness.Place the cooked steak on a plate and pour the gravy over it. Yummy.
I have made a print out of that recipe also. :)
It does sound delicious.
Hey....I just discovered some additional emoticons. :) As you can tell.
