Perceptions
Is your perception of yourself the same as the perception others have of you?Examples:
Women complaining that men don't see them for their brains and personalities, yet post provocatively posed photographs as their profile pic.
Men who complain they only attract the gold diggers, perhaps you are giving these women the perception that you are rich – listing those huge incomes, for starters.
Some see themselves to be the center of attention, or the bad boy/girl yet others will see them as annoying attention-seeking pests.
Other side of the coin – those who have a much worse perception of themselves than others have of them, You’re smart, funny, but run yourself down.
How do you see yourself?
How do think others see you?

Unl, I will remember if others are speaking, not all of it though.
We could have learned afrikaans at School in Rhodesia, I chose french and latin instead.
I refuse to call you a Pocket Venus although if you absolutely insist I will switch to PV.
I'd call Molly Stretch more often but she always IS around and would probably be rude about it.
Anyway you're only mad because I happened to be taller than you
You just won back all your Ann Summers Seconds

to some of the comments on a perceived gentleman. Mappy, as I
do, hold doors open for ladies, even if they are few steps behind, I'll wait. Same with car doors, and giving a seat up
on a crowded train, as well as helping with heavy grocery bags.
It's not our perception of ourselves, or how we want to be
perceived, it is just good manners and respect, and it is light
as a feather to do so. Good on you Map.
But then I was brought up that way. People should have basic courtesy and manners. End of.
