Seafood is my favorite. I've eaten in one of the best Seafood restaurants in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Opera at the Hotel Intercontinental in Sydney, Award winning eat all you can Lobsters and crabs at Rios in Vegas, but nothing beats this sumptuous delicacy in the Captain's Crab in the Midwest. And with $120 dollars per head in some places, this is one of the least priced but most delicious I've been into. Combined crab legs, Prawns, Mussels, Clams and Crowdads.

Yummy.
This was last Sunday.

At least 22 people found dead in South African 'tavern' UPDATE - Now calling it a stampede

Emergency services were called in the early hours of Sunday to the Enyobeni Tavern in Scenery Park, on the edge of East London, Eastern Cape province. Authorities say they are going to carry out post mortems as soon as possible. Reports say there are no obvious injuries on the bodies.

Eastern Cape police spokesperson Brigadier Tembinkosi Kinana told the Newzroom Africa rolling news channel in the country that young people were among the dead.

Reuters reported him saying they were aged between 18 and 20, but there are also reports they may have been younger, with AP saying they were reportedly attending a party to celebrate the end of winter school exams.

Siyanda Manana, a spokesperson for the Eastern Cape provincial health department, told Reuters: "We are going to immediately be embarking on autopsies so we can know the probable cause of death. We are talking 22 bodies right now."

AP said police were investigating the deaths of at least 20 but reporters at the Daily Dispatch newspaper had earlier said the death toll could be as high as 22.

Another five people have been taken to hospital, according to local broadcaster eNCA.

At least 22 young adults, many between the ages of 18 and 20 and one as young as 13, were found dead in a South African nightclub early Sunday in what authorities described as a possible “stampede.”

Police and medical services in East London, South Africa, were called around 4 a.m. Sunday to the Enyobeni Tavern nightclub after reports of dead patrons, police told local broadcaster SABC. Once they arrived, they found the bodies of both men and women laying throughout the club.

What is Success really?

I wish I was rich and famous, I’ll take powerful too if I can get it,
And then I know I’ll be really happy, because then I will have
Everything I want, I’ll have all the richs and all the things and all
The respect that money and power brings, (look, I’m even rhyming
By accident) and when I die there will be a monument erected for
Me because I was loved so much! Right?.....WRONG!

Now I know there are rich and famous and powerful people who
May be happy because they got what they wanted, but I know that
Would not work for me, because while I WANT to be rich and famous
(Not too pushed on the powerful bit) should I ever get there I would
Consider myself a failure because I would not be happy and would
have wasted my time in this experience,
Success for me will be measured not in what I have, but in what I have
Not, and the only way to achieve real success in this experience in my opinion
is to not focus on what you want, but to do the simplest and yet the hardest
Thing, find within yourself your hearts true desire and follow that desire
To the end.
I know I have said the obvious but sometimes you can’t see the wood
For the trees, and there's no harm in reminding ourselves every so often.

Profiling 2.0

You have been on CS longer than a few weeks and you discovered forums, blogs, videos, music and more.
Once you add a comment to any of those ongoing discussions, something changes in your profile. You now have a counter button under the heading 'posts' revealing that you have become a 'contributing' CS member.
The more active you are, the higher counters go or the more extra buttons show up: 'blogs', 'quizzes', 'polls', 'music' (too many to list). Contributing CS members have some commitment to this site. This has various repercussions. Such as:
- They are genuine (I never found any scammer among contributing members. Scammers don't invest in a site, nor in their membership or profile.)
- They will show up more frequently in any search: categories such as blogs, videos or music have a contributor list. Moreover that list can be sorted (default is last login).
- Other than reading, listening to or watching your contributions, CS members may also be more tempted to visit your profile. You will get more profile views and just perhaps less one-liners among your messages.

- The lazy new member scans through photos in her/his target selection,
- The more elaborate member actually reads the profile texts, but profile texts can be elementary or they paint a too rosy picture.
- Profiling 2.0 starts when you consider the member's contributions on this site. Is she/he the kind of person you consider a suitable dating partner? Or do you dislike her/his opinions, music taste and are you convinced it will never work?

Both are OK. You are more than one step ahead to successfully contact a person you rhyme with. In the opposite case, you will less likely squander time dating somebody whose attitude turns you down.

My personal casino experiences.

I want to start out by saying I am not a scientist, not an expert, and I have not done any studies on any casinos so this is just based off of my personal experience of attending them/it.

My local casino here is the one I attend the most. At one time, I would go up to 3 times a week. I am not a big spender there, just bet minimum on the machines...basically, just going out to have some fun...not looking to get rich or get broke. I have been in that place over 1000 times...I know many of its employees. laugh My father and I go there...he is getting old and worked his a** off all his life, I think he deserves a little fun and entertainment. They have free music there on the weekend, main event concerts, and great food. For this little tiny neck of the woods, it is a monster sized establishment. It still amazes me every time I go there that they can sustain a business of this size in this small of an area. People travel from all over to attend it. They have a water park and 2 or 3 (I think now) golf courses....it really is a treat for us locals.

Oh...they have their own gas station, huge several hundred room hotel, and pot selling place too. laugh Well, I have quit smoking pot for some years, but the locals tell me that their weed is amazing.

Now, I say, it really is a treat for us locals. Of course what I mean by that is with some moderation on your spending there. Afterall, it is a casino...not an ATM. They were not able to build such a huge facility because they are not making money...and employ hundreds of people.

What I have noticed...mostly...is on the machines, they will give you wins here and there. Mostly these wins are just enough to keep you playing, not to go home with a smile on your face to make you feel like you really won. Those types of win, from my experience, are very few and far between. I just go there with $100. Most of the times in my past I would lose it all. But now, recently, I have become a little more disciplined in my gambling. Now, I might walk out with $20 to $40 instead of losing it all. I am just out to enjoy myself and be out with my dad for a couple of hours...so if I get that, I am okay, even if I lose all of the $100. However, if I am not greedy and I am okay with turning my $100 into $120, in other words take a $20 bill...that is more likely to do than to turn my $100 into $200.

So....don't be greedy at casinos, in my opinion....sometimes take the $20.

I know....I am a small time gambler, but that is how I can afford to go out with my father and have fun as frequently as I do. There are gamblers in there that I think are insane. laugh I once seen a person betting $25 per spin. wow I wondered to myself, just actually how much of a win would it take to send them home with a slight smile on their face? But...there are those out there that are insanely rich too.

No Mango Season...

I was in Miami yesterday and drove by my old house expecting to see dozens of mangoes growing on the huge 70+ year old tree in the back yard.
The tree was severely chopped back, no fruit. The neighbor has a smaller tree (from the same fruit of my old tree) and his tree was bare.
Driving around the neighborhood, I didn't see any mangoes to be in season.
That's too strange, but it appears to be the same for many of the places I normally see mangoes.

testing, testing...
