Who here has over 1,000 miles actually driving a full electric vehicle?

I'm seeing a lot of talk about them.

I'm about 3,000 miles in.

I'm curious who else here has actual seat time?

The Viking

I met a Viking traveler whose
Great dragon parted the mist with its glowing eyes and curling tongue
Lapping up the brined shimmering sea’s froth

I met a Viking traveler whose
Great waves of hair extended up to the moon
Fighting with floating cloud’s dominance

Online is a curious place

After all, it seems that some can be rude and still comment on the other person’s blogs As if, it’s all water under the bridge. Meanwhile, in reality, I don’t give a f*ck if that person loves or hates me.

The self-importance some think they have is of little importance at all.

Contrary to Kettle Bells

Contrary to kettle bells, sex can be a transaction. Not a transaction of monetary worth but of physical wellbeing. It can be an activity like tennis. Why must we claim to be in love to partake? As if we need permission or good reason to exercise our right to make love? Say, you've got no SO, and you feel randy and there's a fellow nearby to accommodate, why not participate? It's not against the law. If you're going to bring in God's law, well then, if the opposite sex is of like minds, this issue shouldn't come up. this is a present issue. the prospective suitor judges for such activities, while the same prospect indulged. what a mess. If we can establish that one is different from the other and that practice makes perfect, what's the problem? Just another bowl of kibble for the masses.

The security detail

I got a text last night from a casual acquaintance while I was at work. I was asked if I would do a favor. I asked “what is it?” He told me that he and his latest love interest where arranging a 3 way with a stranger.

I asked “what could I do?” He responded that he needed security. He then gave instructions for me to follow. I was planning on running an errand after work but this request occupied the same time slot.

I couldn’t take my eyes off of my phone waiting for the time I was to time for 15 minutes. I was instructed to wait the 15 and if I didn’t hear from him, I was to call, twice. If he didn’t answer, I was to immediately call 911.

The seriousness of his request concerned me greatly. I didn’t want anything bad to happen, especially by a twisted predator.

I watched my phone, fingers ready to dial! False alarm. The person in question was a no show. There was no attempt at a mass murder in my town last night

Time

Times holds a heavy load
In absence of humor can be a jam in the spoke
The lighter the laughter eases ruts in the road
Lightening the daily harvest of our woes

Power

My cat purrs and climbs aboard. I ask him “do you like the rustic atmosphere?”

My electric was disconnected 3 days ago for nonpayment lol-not. I’m wearing a down coat, buried under two big dogs and a cat, body heat. I feel like a pioneer. Like camping in s house. I sure wish warm weather would come.

My latest lesson, men are expensive and more costly to get rid of. I’m sure the same can be said for female leaches.

Today was day 1 of my store’s liquidation. We are a carcass, to be picked clean. I can’t decide if I want to stay to the bitter end and collect unemployment or abandon ship. Those who have, have lost friends. I don’t want to do that.

I had a breakdown but now I’m running on anger adrenaline. I will not give up. Not today, anyway.

This is life. The amazing thing is that I have the will to live. This confounds me.

7 more days until I have heat and light, provided my paycheck will cover it. At this time, I must determine what is most important, heat, water or light.

Not complaining, I did it to myself thinking I could support 2 adults, 1 not working. That other adult is out of the picture so, I am already in a better place.

Phone battery is low. See you later.

Today’s ponderings

I have been pondering and reflecting on life. How the different elements mingle and swirl, forever being connected. How something I thought was scary or weird, well, I've discovered a new appreciation.

I will tell you about my thoughts on what I always thought was strange and scary.

It's understandable that one might be frightened if not informed. Knowledge sheds light on mysterious things. There is a thing that I didn't have much knowledge of. From what I'd seen in pictures, no two were alike and likewise for good looks. Then, I thought to myself, what if I have a similar shape, hidden. How amazing is that? I'm always surprised to watch an object change before my wide eyes. Nature is truly astounding. To think, I have been formed to fit an other person. Isn't that mind-blowing?

Being female, I don't know what this thing likes. I have been fortunate to meet someone who candidly suggests and coaches me in the art. As if I have a sculpture in my hand, I stroke it, feeling the smoothness. I examine it while tracing every curve. It's not ugly at all. It's beginning to grow on me
