Terrorists hide behind civilians and when the civilians are hurt they cry look what happened.
Let's be even more honest.
When terrorists take over and occupy a land, they hide behind uniforms and "official" titles, and peace prizes. And then they try to label the legitimate freedom fighters who oppose their occupation as "terrorists".
SilverBirch: All the World is saying is Give Peace a Chance
It's all "the World" can say, has those of the world are not interested in the peace of others. While they may sound as if they are, that crying sound is only made to pacify themselves. It is very easy to sit behind personal walls of protection, with ones peace, and passions. It's even easier to encourage others, from afar, to search for, and carry out actions to gain their own peace, and passions. Actions that might be completely counter to their capabilities, or the immediate needs of those being encouraged. It is a pity that people like that encourage others to put their lives on the line, while they sit behind their wall of protection enjoying their peace.
Where exactly would you suggest they should hide if not among the civilians??
And according to technology gaps - not being able to pinpont targets with accuracy (were the IDF also sure has some lacking skills/ if they are not intended?)not having the level of weapon types??
You think it would be more antiterroristic if the Palestinians used the type of arms as Israel?? A battle between equals - would mean no terrorists??
Imagine thousands of people barely armed on a closed footballfield, who doesn`t get enought food water medicine...
If I was in such conditions with my family, I would very soon get very desperate!! And my surviving instincts would certainly wake up!!
And I probably wouldn`t care less about what people call me - even terrorist - I would only think about the survival of my family!
All I would wish for was getting my life back. Being able to provide for my family.
How would you react under such circumstances?? I really wonder

u2Kitty: The people of Palestine wants peace.
And remember that the neighbours never invited the Israelis to take over Palestine..The Israelis chose their own neighbours. Very well knowing that they were not welcome - at least not as a majority..
Far as I know Jews have called that area home for over two thousand years be they there or in diaspora so, it's no surprise that when the British mandate was over that they stayed as many were already there.
As for Jews taking it over, the Arabs were offered joint ownership of the land which they refused despite the Jews imploring them to build this new nation of peace with them. Instead preferring to go for broke and kill every last Jew.
u2Kitty: If you take a close look at this map again - to the right of the 4 maps you find stage 4:
Where exactly would you suggest they should hide if not among the civilians??
In concrete bunkers, Hamas HQ, Al Qassam Brigade lines. Or, better yet, don't target Israeli civilians so there is no need to hide.
u2Kitty: You think it would be more antiterroristic if the Palestinians used the type of arms as Israel?? A battle between equals - would mean no terrorists??
That's pretty silly. It isn't the weapons used but rather the purpose of simply striking fear into civilians through seemingly random locations and target selection that defines terrorism so, arming themselves with better weapons would not make it more or less of a terrorist act.

Strange, their population growth rate outstrips most of the countries on earth including Israel and the US.

And you would take care of them by setting up a rocket base in your yard and making sure your home would be destroyed by Israel when they came to take it out huh?
All I would wish for was getting my life back. Being able to provide for my family.

Ray your the same as the rest of the pro Hamas lot you pick and choose what you want to reply too.
Hamas is recognised as a terrorist organization world wide.

Correct!
A popular lefty cause.
Look at how popular Che Guevara was yet he was an extremist murder.

Ridiculous
I am not "Pro Hamas". As I have shown numerous times, Hamas was created, promoted, trained, armed, financed, and put into power in Gaza by Israel. Hamas is an Israeli creation, and is still controlled by Israel.
I'm not really "pro" any political organization anywhere in the world.
But I am Pro-Human rights. And for that reason I am strongly Anti-Israel.
Israel was created by deceit and violence and she has gotten worse continually since her creation.
I will be happy to see the end of the Zionist state. And I don't think it will be very long now until the world brings about that end.

It won't be long now? Gee Ray, once again, please tell us who is going to attack Israel and why?

In northern Ireland the british army had people in the UVF,UFF and some would say funded them too. It was never an official stance for the army or government. Why must it be different in the middle east??

Well if Hamas is run by Israel then why not just have them sign over all of Palestine and send the people to the far corners of the world and end the problem altogether. Or, blow themselves up. And wondering, do they get a pension plan and, do they get paid in shekles or pounds?
