EagleWoman: Having very little faith in any Gov. I wouldn't be suprised if the riots were "orchestrated" by "someone" to "aid" the population in their "living in fear" which means they would welcome "any measures" (including taking away of freedoms) implemented by such Gov.

Almost a third of 11-year-olds are struggling to reach expected standards in reading, writing and maths, according to latest Key Stage 2 results according to the news last week.
We are bringing up kids with no social skills, no educational standards, and those yobs above can hardly string a decent sentence together.
At least there are now analysis, discussion, more awareness etc., so people who had no idea of the problems of the youth in the inner cities will know know and hopefully methods will be put in place for the long-term.
These criminals are 'lost' and whilst it is easy for us to be angry the system has to change.

These criminals are attracting attention of different underground groups, I am afraid. I read some anonymous comments on one site that said 'they could be our allies' and considerations about possibilities of recruiting them. One's loss may turn out others gain. Someone said they will most probably be picked up by fascists. There can never be too much awareness. It is thoughtless to call them names and think that it will resolve the problem. Like calling 'thugs!' makes thugs disappear!

I think the first night was racially motivated due to the shooting and many of the young people not having the correct info. We've had it happen here in the U.S. After the first night, it is strictly thugs and kids, not even knowing why they are doing this.

Spot on about the pack of dogs. They actually do kill not only sheep. Same with 'feral folks'. What the heck matters what was their motivation though? The same fact that there are so many of them is frightening.
