I love the intricacy and attention to detail that good cooking requires, the results are well worth it conversing

Tonight's meal was spinach, zucchini and carrot fritters (with a hum of chilli), buttery potato mash, sautéed mushrooms and steamed pumpkin followed by a small serve of sponge pudding with butterscotch sauce and a dollop of cream

Usually during weekend days I would do some prep for the week meals, as much as possible.

On the making:
Black beans with sauté red onion + some slices of jalapeño pepper (some cilantro is needed though)
Rice (parboiled with lots of fresh vegetables (fresh corn, carrots, etc...)

Steamed and stuffed zucchini with some cheese and wrapped in beaten eggs, fried (shallow) and cooked in a fresh tomatoes sauce with fresh marjoram (my mothers's recipe very happy ).
(I would not usually have them the zucchini but just once in a while because my daughter has asked for and that will be for a late today's dinner today
Plenty beans (mostly for lunch) and rice to go with other protein during the week.

Also
Pre-boiled Beet leaves with sauté onion+ fresh tomato and garlic to make some tacos.

thumbs up

I think that is why I don't.

I love cooking. You can be experimental, and add or take away ingredients as you wish

With baking? No sireee. You have to measure everything to within an inch of it's life and follow the recipe to the letter

I like the freedom of cooking, not the intricacy of baking.
