color of distant stars
envelopes the darkness
pouring light
in the eyes of who can see
mountain tops shadow
casting over the land below
the air's breath holding tight
a glass top lake
capturing the pouring rays of light
silence fills the ears
of who can hear
movement of time
is standing still
love in my soul
your heart knows
it's true
in the
still of the night

I must say I would have to put this somewhere in my own list of poems in the top 5 just the quiet nature sooo good.
